Efficient service, but took rather longer the half hour expected. If you need an electrician in a hurry then you pay a little extra - understood!

Terrible company
Terrible company. Didn't fix the valve properly causing a bad leak after which cost me a lot of money to fix. They didn't want to take accountability for it. Scam artists. Stay away.

Job was never done
Job was never done. I made an appointment on Saturday as heating wasn’t working & I had been advised to organise a gas safe engineer. Given a 2 hour slot, which was delayed twice until I was eventually told it wouldn’t happen until the Sunday. Delayed again on Sunday and eventually called to say it couldn’t happen until Monday. Advised that delay was due to a gas leak at the previous job.

Reliable, efficient professionals.
Emergency call out at 3am to fix a leak through the ceiling. Two friendly men arrived (earlier than estimated), wasted no time - within 45 mins the leak was stemmed, the water stopped, the pipe located and replaced and water switched on again. Absolute pros.

Emergency Plumber Needed
I needed an emergency plumber called out and he arrived within the two hour slot and resolved the leak quickly and left things clean and tidy.

Terrible and costly experience
My kitchen sink tap broke on a Sunday and I could not find where to turn the water off. We called We Fix Now. The so called engineers arrived 4 hours later (which was within the timing agreed, so fine). They charged me £250 and spent 10 minutes at my place. They did not even touch the tap. They just shut down the water and looked on google the tap model. They told it needed to be replaced and simply left. Two days after, they came with the cost of replacement, another £460 for a kitchen tap! Simply ridiculous. During the week another plumber came and managed to fix the tap for a fraction of this price. "We Fix Now", but they do not fix not now not ever. DO NOT HIRE THEM. Would give "zero" stars if possible.

Avoid this company at all costs
Avoid this company at all costs! Absolutely conning the customers and they should be investigated. They charge huge call out fees promising an emergency engineer within the hour knowing full well someone is 2 hours away (I know because the drain engineer told me how they work) they lie about where people are and then blame traffic. £105 for half hour? They are making a huge mark up for doing nothing! Call the companies direct and don’t deal with this cowboy directory or whatever they are!!
They didn’t even fix the issue. Didn’t have a clue however when I finally used my brain and got a proper professional in the problem was solved, unfortunately I had already paid them for this cowboy service. Everytime you use them is a risk as they don’t even know who they are sending. Just more cowboys who don’t have a clue. They blame external factors but are getting people in an emergency to pay a higher rate to get someone there within the hour although they know the person is much further away and as I confirmed I was told this by the engineer! I should have had a refund however they refused and almost 2 and a half hours later they turn up with no real equipment to solve the issue! Do not allow these people to have your hard earned money and call companies direct!

I hired WE fix now or doing a trace and…
I hired WE fix now or doing a trace and access in my property to find a leak. The engineer came over and mentioned that the leak is below the hot water storage tank. I then engaged with BAXI , who are the boiler experts to fix the leak. but they mentioned that the storage tank is absolutely fine and no leak has been found ... i had to hire yet another company to do yet another trace and access and this time the leak was found in the WC room. however it was too late by the time the leak was plugged and the water had spread across almost the whole flat ( all but 1 room were impacted). All this was due to a wrong diagnosis causing disastrous impact.

Following your feedback we were able to look into this case - this case was investigated fully and full response was given to your by our members of the teams.
Essentially there was a concealed leak within your property for which we attempted a trace and access on. Given the circumstances, whereby we were only on the initial trace and access were unable to fully identify for which your were advised on. We went on the basis of manual trace and access - we do have photographic evidence of what we found.
It was decided that you would engage on getting the further trace and access completed - this company that attended were fully equipped with machinery to detect leaks. This is not something we specialise is and was advised at the beginning, which was the reason why we did not continue in the process.
We will be as up front as possible rather than wasting customer monies - this is what was done in this instance.
Ultimately, from the evidence that we have suggest that there was not just one issue but various. We do take all matters seriously and our Technical Team will carry out full checks.

The Worst experience ever...
Called this company around 8pm with water cascading through the living room ceiling from the upstairs bathroom, I was advised that the call out was a minimum of 1 hour (circa £250) and that the plumbers would be there within the hour.
Two hours later the plumbers arrived and were able to identify the cause of the leak immediately. When asked if they could repair it, I was immediately spoken down to, advising how unlikely it was it was they would have parts in the van. I asked if they could provide an estimate for how much to repair the damage, this was initially refused and again a heated conversation with the plumber shouting at me within my own house, that the agency would call tomorrow and that he had 49 years experience (but couldn't provide an estimate).
Two days later the company has decided to call me to offer a quote to repair the work, a further £300. I have already had this repaired for a third of the cost.
Avoid this company, even in an emergency, they are truly the worst firm I have ever had the unpleasant experience to deal with, given that this was a stressful situation.

We have looked into the case and hope the following sheds some light on the concerns raised:
Charges
Our rates quoted simply reflect upon our 24hr services. We are an organisation that work around clock and our calls are answered by operatives at all times.
Our aim on an emergency basis is to get an engineer within the hour - these are only estimated ETA as there are external factors that are beyond our control i.e. traffic, areas, diversions.
Having checked our records, the booking was made at approximately 20:45hrs and our engineer arrived at 22:00hrs. This is within 75mins of the initial call.
Our charges are going to be higher than the average local company and sole traders - this is simply due to the type of service and aftercare.
Materials:
We carry basic items on board but as you can appreciate we cannot stock all plumbing items.
During our Out of Hours Service our aim would be to make safe as best as possible.
Our engineers cannot confirm fixed prices as this does go through our Technical Team.
We are sorry that your felt the engineer was being abrupt, our engineer was informing of our procedures - this has been addressed internally.
We appreciate that it is stressful when dealing with a plumbing emergency - it is within our best interest to get things resolved and fixed on the initial call out. Unfortunately, in some cases, we cannot carry a full repair and secondary visits are required.
We are glad to hear that you have now had the issue fixed permanently.

Very impressed
Was let down today by Plumbingforce despite booking appointment last Thursday for 83year old mother who had no water upstairs in her house. After waiting 5 hours Plumbing force decided they weren't coming and I should book another appointment for tomorrow - no way!! So rang at 16.45 rang We fix now who arranged speedy appointment in the next 2 hours. Turned up when they said they would and completed the job speedy and efficient. My mother can sleep without worrying about lack of water. Great service thank you guys .

They were cheating money
They were cheating money, the electrician came for 45 minutes. Did some unnecessary inspections. Did not find the reason. This also charged me 210 pounds. It said that it should be 245 pounds, did not help me repair it. I am 245 pounds. I disagree but still gave 210 pounds. Their company is cheating money. Don't look for them again

We have looked into your case, you raised concerns relating to charges.
Our charges are based and reflected on the fast response service we provide.
Rates are also based on areas and availability at the time.
We have listened back on the initial call recordings and the submission information to ensure correct charges were applied. We can confirm that our operator quoted that charges correctly for which they were accepted hence dispatching our engineer.
Our aim is to be as transparent as possible within reason - our operators are not technical engineers and cannot predict issues that are being experienced onsite.
For this reason our engineer explained the nature of the issues whilst onsite.
We do apply extra charges for materials and sundries - we understand you were unhappy about this for which as a goodwill gesture these were waived.
We take each case as an individual which we did on this case.

Really helpful
Really helpful. Had a burst pipe, plumber came within 2 hours and stopped the pipe leaking until we get another plumber to come and sort the whole problem. Great service, very friendly too.
