Helpful. Polite Agent, 1st class
Lady i spoke to was polite, helpful and never once made me uncomfortable or belittled. Explained all my options to help me not just recover my debt.

Immediately annoying is a text message…
Immediately annoying is a text message stating the company is 'trying to contact' me 'please call us urgently'. This is the first contact I have received them from them.
When I eventually get through to someone, twice, I could barely hear them (I do not suffer with a hearing impairment). The volume on their phones is set so low you can only just make out what they are saying.

What a joke of a company I contacted…
What a joke of a company I contacted them weeks ago asking for an update on how much I have left to pay and they just ignore the request. As they wont inform me then I will be contacting the financial ombudsman.

This has been my 4th contact
This has been my 4th contact? In the last two weeks. I have requested over and over a settlement with clear details on so the balance can be paid but It’s like trying to get blood out of a stone!
However, this is not the advisors I have spoken too’s issue they have been nothing but polite and have always tried their hardest to rectify the issue but it seems once it’s pushed up the chain of command that’s where it goes wrong. You’d think they would want it paid?!
