What Cleaning! The name says is all What Cleaning? To have a professional clean, you need professional staff and this company does not have professional staff!

This company came to the apartment twice and could still not complete a full professional clean. We emailed more than fifteen photos on both occasions to the company. The second time the staff only cleaned as per photos sent, did not bother to inspect the whole flat. Your staff need training! Then you have the audacity to inform us that your staff can return a third time! What professional cleaning company needs three attempts to clean a one-bedroom flat? Do not bother with this company you will waste your money, as we had to get another company to clean, professionally!

The booking process with Gemma was incredibly smooth, she was responsive and helpful. On the day of the clean, the team arrived on time with all the supplies and equipment needed for my end‑of‑tenancy clean. Very happy with the result and they have great attention to detail, no place was left unclean. I'd happily recommend them and would use their services again.

Great service for my end of tenancy clean. Adam in head office was very clear in what was included in the clean and what to expect. I will use them again!

We were really happy with the wonderful work Gabor did on Friday. He arrived on time, was very courteous and was especially nice when our working cocker ran off with one of his shoes! He did a superb job and was very thorough. A very professional gentleman in every way who is a terrific ambassador for your company.

WORST cleaning company ever. BE WARNED. Unprofessional. Left out prior property not properly cleaned despite charging £636. Estate agent called them back and they sent one chap for 15mins who didn’t finish the job. Our landlord had to do the cleaning. We’ll get charged again. Wish we had used a different company. Approached them for a refund and they said no because they sent someone for 15 mins who still didn’t do the job. Disgusted. AVOID them.

We had booked this company for our end of tenancy cleaning. Although we expected a team to arrive, it was a single person 'team' that arrived at our 2-bed property. No major complaints about the cleaning itself, although we expected better. What was infuriating about this experience was us being emailed 2 hours after the cleaner arrived with an additional invoice to clear the rubbish. This was ridiculous since rubbish clearing is part of the service provided according to their brochure. Since we were pinched for time and were told cleaning would not continue until payment was made, we had to make the excess payment. When I brought this up on email as a disappointing experience, they apologised and said they would "amend their literature". Absolute sham. Would not recommend.

You say there were perishables to be discarded, which is absolutely not true. The bags of rubbish present in the property were those cleared from drawers etc that you mention you would do. In this case, they were just outside of drawers and in rubbish bags. I would think that was making it easier. You brought up the number of rubbish bags being a problem, of which there is no mention your brochure. So yes, I stand by the fact that we were wrongly charged.

In addition, in your emails after the cleaning, you do say that your "literature" needs amendment. Best for a business to own up to any errors and work on them. That's how reviews and feedbacks work. I do not wish to engage any further with you on this.

What Cleaning just carried out an end of tenancy clean for me at my 1 bed flat in Twickenham - the service was fantastic, they communicated really well, were flexible when I changed the booking a few times and I am really impressed with the clean itself as no corner was left untouched. Would definitely recommend them to anyone and use again in the future.

My 3-bed flat (my old home) had been abused by uncaring tenants over years; but was recently was broken into, and turned into a drugs den. I needed a deep clean. What Cleaning were recommended. They came into a complete bombsite, worked very hard for a number of hours, and gave me back my old home! No more grime, no more filth. Just a truly clean and lovely place again. I must shout out to the project manager of the job, Lorraine, who showed dedication and determination in a scenario where my own hopes were very low. She is an absolute STAR, as are all in her team. My sincerest thanks go them all. A brilliant job - and I can highly recommend this company.

I have used What Cleaners twice- last week was the second time that they undertook a professional end of tenancy clean in one of my rental flats. Their service was very good, fast, arrived punctually and they worked efficiently. Staff polite and great attention to detail regarding the clean- everything sparkling clean. Carpet shampooed and windows cleaned. thank you

I've used WhatCleaning twice for two different flat checkout cleans and the service has been exceptional. The attention to detail in the cleaning process is extremely high--dusting and sanitizing all the small crevices. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a high level of clean and friendly service.

Excellent service at truly superfast turnaround times (notified late PM and conducted clean early AM next day), spending almost 8 hours working on the EoT clean of the property. Really good work, will use again.

Easy, straightforward booking. The woman I booked with was very helpful, informative and efficient.

I also found this company to be reasonably priced, compared to quotes I'd got from other places!! And for such a high standard of cleaning too😍, I will certainly be using What cleaning again!

Feel ripped off by this company. I do not recommend this company at all. I paid for an end of tenancy clean as an after builders clean (they knew I wanted an after builders clean). To my surprise only one cleaner showed up with very little equipment, and stayed for maximum of three hours. The clean was so substandard, I don’t even know what to say. I feel absolutely let down by the company. To list the few areas the cleaner did actually clean, would be a lot quicker and easier than to list the areas the cleaner didn’t clean…

It seems I have now paid 120£ per hour (!!) for a very superficial clean where someone comes in and does a bit of cleaning superficially for three hours? (If the cleaner even did three hours at all!) I don’t find that a reasonable price.

It took me another four to five hours myself to clean afterwards and I had not even finished with everything by then there was still so much to do.

This clean was nothing like any other end of tenancy clean I have ever experienced.

To me this seemed clearly someone who is not experienced in end of tenancy clean/after builders clean but also the fact that just one person showed up with very little equipment was the first surprise.

Unfortunately it was not convenient for me to have them return as I had already the move in scheduled before. And the building dust had to go.

I thought I was paying for 12-18 man hours not three. Otherwise I would never have booked this.

As a gesture of good will they refunded me £25. In my opinion this amounts to a rip off. Avoid.

Adam is one of the best in the What cleaning team! The cleaning team was professional, on time and the nicest one. Definitely recommend !

My words are not enough to express how good What Cleaning is. They are very efficient, they have good cleaners , very responding and the best when it comes to accommodate your needs. Very kind and nice people who are more than happy to help you and get everything sorted for you. They do their best in helping you with the process of moving.

What Cleaning are always a guarantee for a good job to be done. Our company is always using them to carry out cleaning jobs and we are always satisfied with their impeccable service. What I can I say other than wow!

I’m not normally one for leaving reviews but feel on this occasion it was an absolute must as I am just over the moon with the service we received!

All the guys at What cleaning! were so helpful and easy to deal with. I would highly recommend if you are looking for a professional set up to look after all your cleaning needs.

Nothing was a problem and I feel completely satisfied with the work carried out at our property.
