I did purchase a Phonac Paradise Naida P 90 ( P 90) for my dad 3 years ago ( 79 years now ) . Of the 5 aids purchased before that , the one which was adjusted by Whole Sale Team (WST) helped a lot and he used that consistently . He started communicating, developed a different personality for the age . Unfortunately whilst travelling one got lost/ damaged. I initially thought I would purchase some thing different , but as Dad insisted he wanted the similar unit ( he was worried others doesn't help him ) , went back to W S team and they offered a fair price and Customer service person Ross managed the episode and they tuned the undamaged one with the new purchase , sent me with a charger . I am thankful for your help and support.

Recently bought some Phonic Infinite Sphereos, after reading many good reviews - prices are so much better than the high street and the service was excellent.
