I decided to try the new Phonak Sphere and went straight to Wholesale Hearing.
Once again price and their amazing service was second to none. DHL got them to me in Australia within a few days.

The member of staff that I dealt with was very knowledgeable about the product and was sympathetic to my situation. I rely on my hearing aids and my previous pair failed 2 weeks before I due to travel on holiday. My new aids were delivered within just 3 days, fully programmed. I could not have got better service anywhere and the product is excellent.

One of my ear pieces developed a fault. The matter was dealt with very efficiently and pleasantly . Thank you. I can hear properly again. Hurrah!

I purchased 2 pairs of hearing aids and one of each pair has failed and all I get is some bot-generated response and suggestion to but another product.

My hearing aid came within a week of my order and all my questions were addressed by staff before during and after my purchase.

So glad I went with the online purchase as buying locally was 5 to 7k more expensive!

Hearing aids arrived on time. I had them reprogrammed by my audiologist for APD settings and they work well.

I was very wary about buying Hearing Aids for the first time and after having a hearing test done and quoted over £4000 by another high street brand my wife found this company, from ordering on the monday (£2500) for the same product and having them on my ears on the Friday then I thought that this was an excellent service. Had my Phonak Audio Infinite Sphere for 5 weeks now and they are excellent, I wear them from waking up until bed time and don't even notice they are there, great sound improvement everywhere, a great product and a great company to deal with and totally confidant if I had any issues then this company would help. Dealt with a lad called Ross and he was most helpful and with instant replys.
