Decent shoes but poor customer service
The first time I ordered shoes from them they arrived quickly, looked nice, and were comfortable. They did not last long (only two years when I paid >$100 for them), but I can excuse that, since shoes this wide are a specialty item so more expensive for poorer quality than standard widths. Also, I did wear them a lot.
The second time, they emailed me to tell me the shoes I wanted were out of stock and offered an alternative. I did not want the alternative and requested my money back; I got no reply until five days later when I emailed again, asking for either my money back or the boots I ordered. Again they offered the alternative (this time with a "20% refund") which I was very clear about not wanting. I am now waiting on a response to my latest request to be given my money back. Currently they're holding $200 hostage. I'd like to avoid filing a chargeback but it might be necessary.
Edit: looks like they saw my review and refunded me, which I appreciate, but it still should not have taken this much effort to get a refund.

I highly recommend visiting the shop in…
I highly recommend visiting the shop in person, especially if you or your child has very wide feet. It can be really difficult to find the right fit online, and after years of struggling to find shoes that fit my son comfortably, we were so pleased to discover this shop.
The staff were incredibly friendly, patient and understanding. They went above and beyond to help my son, who tried on many different pairs before we found the right ones. They never made us feel rushed or uncomfortable.
In the end, we bought a pair of trainers and, most importantly, his first ever properly fitting pair of shoes. It was such a positive experience for both of us.
We really can't thank the staff enough for their help and patience. I highly recommend a visit if you're struggling to find extra-wide or extra-extra-wide shoes.

Frustrating …
I am getting increasingly frustrated as I places an order on 24th September and it is still shown as unfulfilled. I have tried contacting them online but keep gettong the same AI response that it is still processing and I will receive an update when it ships. This isn't the service I expected.

I was quite disappointed with these…
I was quite disappointed with these shoes. I bought a half size larger than I normally wear but that didn’t prevent me from having a blister on my little toe after I wore them out walking to the shops. The problem is the slightly pointed effect of the toes.
This is my problem with most shoes - they are not the same shape as my foot. I also wear an orthotic in the right shoe which exacerbates the problem. I was hoping they would work for winter as they are allegedly waterproof. My only option now is to wrap my toe in tape and hope this solves the issue.
My ideal shoes are New Balance 847 in 6e wide and size 7.5, and as they are not made now I will have to search for a replacement.
