The shoes I received didn't match what…
The shoes I received didn't match what was shown on the box. I ordered grey shoes as shown on the box, but the shoes that arrived were black. This shouldn't be a problem; just swap them out and send the correct ones. I am annoyed that I was charged to return them! Really, they sent the wrong shoes and then charged me to return them. I wasn't going to bother reviewing, but they keep sending me review requests... crazy!!!

thus far i,ve only worn them in house…
thus far i,ve only worn them in house for few hrs the right foot seems to almost slip out .. the soles seem bit slick not sure how safe they will be on snow or ice?? the left foot feels fine thus far. like i say walking in them will take some getting use to??

This is a great company. As someone who has struggled to get shoes that fit, it's been a lifesaver. The website selection is fantastic, and customer service is excellent. I have always had to buy a large shoe size for the width, which meant they never fit correctly and led to many painful issues.
