My son has xx-wide feet and 4E is too narrow. Poor guy. Found wonderful high quality sneakers for him. They fit great and do not look like shoes for older folks (which is fine for many of us but not so much for a teenager).

Have found the new MX608BB5 6E fitting new balance trainer a good replacement for the discontinued 624 and I am very relieved as there is no similar fitting shoe I can find of same quality available on the market to purchase. Most comfortable trainers ever! 🎂
I love these trainers. After wearing the same old trainers to the gym for years I treated myself to these lovely wide fit New Balance ones. I’m usually a 7 1/2 but on reading the reviews I sized up to an 8 and they’re perfect. So comfortable and even got compliments in the gym! Highly recommend!

US buyers beware
US buyers beware. Using THEIR return label, I was auto debited from FedEx $397. Yes nearly $400. Return for a $166 pair of shoes. Emails to widefitshoes remain unanswered.
FedEx says the fee is a direct result of the weight issues.
Get this, widefitshoes, automatically deducts $20 from your refund for weight discrepancies.
Not a single person will help me. It makes zero sense for me to pay more than double of the shoes value using their return label. That's a lot of $$. I would have kept the shoes.

Problem resolved without fuss
Customer service was excellent. My order was not delivered as expected. I submitted a query via the website at 8am, got an email back saying they would investigate 15 minutes later, the issue was resolved the same day and my boots were delivered 2 days later.

New Balance Absorb , size 12.5UK 6E, have been life changing as far as Padel's concerned. I have no foot pain the next day!
The only thing which could have improved things would be the availability of a size 13 .

Staff could not find shoes ordered
I ordered shoes. They did not arrive. The shoes couldn't be found to send out despite being in stock on website. Refund and disappointment. Saw same shoes in stock again, but same thing happened, no shoes sent because out of stock even though website let me order. Saw shoes a third time, not informed by staff despite asking to be informed when shoes back in stock. This time shoes actually arrived. This has happened before with widefitshoes.co.uk. Pity they are the only UK stockists of irunner shoes or I would buy elsewhere.
