Always a great fit.
Always a great fit due to the wide selection of widths and sizes. Up to date fashion and styles. Easy website to navigate. Delivery is excellent. Pricing is comparable with a standard pair of fashion shoes ir trainers. When you dont have to squeeze your feet into shoes that aren't wide enough its a great feeling of comfort.

I do understand your shoes take a little time arriving due to overseas shipping but once I received them, I was very pleased with them especially how well they fit. Finding wide shoes that work for me are hard to find here but I definitely will be purchasing more shoe from Wide Fit.

Great wide NB Shoes
Shoes are excellent . The 2E size is a dream. The shoes in my case were quite slow to dispatch, but communications with Cust Serv was good with prompt replies. This may have been a one off glitch so don't be put off. Will buy again from Widefit. 5 starts without the dispatch issue.

This is my second purchase and it's even better than the first! It's so great to be able to buy shoes that actually fit, and I don't feel like cinderella's ugly sister trying to squeeze into them! I love the variety of styles as well. I haven't experienced that choice for a long time. To be honest, I would never bother trying anywhere else for shoes now, I'm a total convert. Thank you so much 💓

Falsely advertised width
The shoes were advertised as 6E width. They were in fact just "extra wide". 6E in the US is a specific designation so it was false advertising.

Hello Six E,
I am very sorry to hear that the shoes were not what you were expecting. Please email me gemma@widefitshoes.co.uk so that we can discuss this and find a suitable solution for you.
Your custom and satisfaction mean a great deal to us, and I will do my very best to resolve this for you.
Please also note that with all of our New Balance trainers, the inner sole can be removed. This can provide additional room inside the shoe, making them feel wider and more spacious.
I look forward to hearing from you and getting this resolved for you.
Kind Regards

Good customer service
Having bought the trainers I’d realised within seconds of ordering that I hadn’t put the bank holiday discount code in. I emailed them and they took this off the order. Shoes arrived well packaged and fit well.

Unfortunately due to a foot fusion In January
Unfortunately due to a foot fusion In January regular size shoes don't exactly fit me. My 1st pair from wide fit shoes id got the size measurements incorrect so had to send them back. Returns were really easy to do free postage back. Again no problems the after marketing texts and emails can get a bit annoying. Otherwise yeah really pleased with the trainers possibly the most money I've ever paid for one pair of trainers but as I said regular ones no longer fit at the moment.

So good to find wider shoes at last
I’m not sure why I hadn’t previously measured my feet and this meant that I have always struggled to find shoes that fit. I would buy a bigger size shoe and even then still felt discomfort. This time I followed the advice on your website to measure my feet and then ordered the correct width size new balance trainer and it fits perfectly. The shoes arrived in good time and exactly as advertised.

Wouldn't Buy Trainers Anywhere Else !!!
This was my third pair of trainers I've purchased and couldn't be happier. The first two pairs fitted perfectly but the third was pair were not right for my feet. Nervously I attempted a return and and choose another pair, the whole return procedure was absolutely simple and straightforward unlike many other online stores. I had regular updates throughout the process and promptly received my replacement pair, which are absolutely perfect and fit as expected. Overall I'm very satisfied with this company and will definitely be using them again soon.
