We were very impressed with the speed at which a surveyor attended and the fairly short wait for installation. Windows are very nice looking and effective.

They were excellent at there job they were prompt and I would recommend you to friends and family they were polite and they got on with their job money well spent if there were any problems they would come out straight away.

We love our new conservatory. After replacing all our windows and doors a few years ago Win-Dor was our go to, to replace the old conservatory. A great job once more, many thanks. Geoff & Maria Matthews Aylesbury.

Can’t be trusted to honour their guarantee. Conservatories need blinds, they’re far too cold without them quite contrary to the sales pitch about the latest glass.

Apparently, in spite of repeated requests to provide evidence in the contract, fitting blinds will invalidate your guarantee.

Quite unrelated to the conservatory (and hence any issues around blinds) the front door that was fitted at the same time has white patches in the brown facing. The MD refuses to engage to resolve the cause. So the rot starts at the top.

Really pleased with the service we received when replacing all the windows and doors when renovating our house.
From the excellent pre instalment survey to the installation (and follow up to do a a little bit of snagging) the service was superb. Really good. thank you

I would highly recommend Windor. The whole process was smooth from choosing the windows to the final product installed. I was kept up to date throughout and all timescales were kept to. The fitters were extremely professional and did a superb job installing the windows and doors. I am very happy with the end result. Very competitive price too 🙂

If it was possible this company would get ZERO! In 2014 our Association hired Win Dor to install windows and sliding doors in 25 units. Homeowners after about 2 years started experiencing water intrusion and other issues with their windows and doors. Trying to get Win Dor to resolve the issue is still an ongoing battle. After the recent deluge homeowners are experiencing more water intrusion. Emailed and left messages and am still waiting for a response! Their “Warranty” is a joke.
Also they had to come back and redo all the interior windows in our complex because they did not follow the existing city codes when they installed the windows! DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!

We had all our windows replaced in March 23 from wooden windows to PVC.
The 2 men that replaced our windows were excellent, very quick and efficient with no mess to tidy up. Customer service very helpful and easy to contact. We would Highly recommend this company, excellent work. A big thankyou to Phil and his colleague for excellent work.

Windows were replaced successfully. Some time later, the curtain rail fell off, so we tried to re-fix it. It became clear there was nothing to fix it to, because there was a very large void over the top of the new windows, big enough for more than 5 bricks, the full thickness of the external wall. This allows cold air and sound to come in and is, we understand, quite unprofessional and contrary to Building Regulations.
The managing director confirmed the company's view that they ‘had not made anything worse’ and that a large void over the top of a window is quite acceptable. He said it would be the same with the other windows in the house. Other employees of WIN-DOR said they thought this an unreasonable view but were overruled and unable to help us.
The company was completely disinterested in sorting out the problem, sadly.

The rep (and I use that term very loosely) attended as arranged, but couldn't/wouldn't answer questions about the products, saying repeatedly "it'll all be in the email". He then patronised my wife by telling her to "sit and read the catalogue, whilst we go around the house" (her house too chap!), then after writing down the measurements, departed promising we'd receive his quote by email by the weekend (2 days). That was 9 days ago and clearly he has no intention of supplying the quote. Consequently we've taken our rather sizeable order elsewhere to a company with a professional outlook, rather than a 70's approach. Based on this dour experience of Win-Dor my advice is don't waste your time on these time-wasters.
UPDATE: Instead of replying to my review like most decent companies would, Win-Dor reinforced their appalling lack of customer care by griping about me using an abbreviated first name of the dinosaur who visited us. They are more concerned about a slight transgression on my part regarding Trustpilot's terms of use than providing an explanation or, heaven forbid, apology for his behaviour.

Very friendly staff and fitters. My windows were rather complex which they didn't realise until they had taken the old ones out. They came back and resolved all the issues promptly. I can highly recommend. The windows are lovely. Will be getting my doors done soon through them too! :)

We’ve been a satisfied customer of Windor for over 10 years, initially having a conservatory fitted and most recently a composite door, French doors and windows in my new home.
The service from start to finish is always excellent. Andrew in the showroom is great, knowledgable on products and provides a good value quote from the outset. Ian the surveyor knows his stuff and the fitters take pride in their work, are efficient and tidy. The communication from office staff is great in keeping you up to date with timelines.
The measure of a good company is their aftersales service once they’ve got your money! Win-dor have always been great in resolving the minor issues I’ve experienced. Within a couple of days my composite door needed a slight adjustment and a fitter arrived the same day to resolve, which was beyond my expectations.
I highly recommend and personally wouldn’t go anywhere else.

The whole process has been very professional and personal, from picking our Windows and Door with Andrew in Sales, to the surveyor measuring up, to the installation team. The products are of a high quality. We would definitely recommend or use Win-Dor again

Had all windows done and new conservatory fitted on our new property. After a great job done on our conservatory on our last house by Windor. Andrew the salesman is great and not pushy at all. No issues to date and very happy with the quality of the product again. Would recommend this company and will use them again if we ever move again.

I am totally thrilled by the work Win-dor completed on our modern orangery build. They kept us well informed along the way, always on schedule / on time, and completed a tidy and swift job.

We love our new space, and Andrew helped us to design it to the letter, in addition to this Bobby kept us very well informed along the installation to any dates / delays. We appreciated the good communication.

Will defo be my glazing company of choice for years to come.

Have used Win-Dor several times over the years. Always provide a competitive quote and supply a quality product. Communication is clearly conveyed to all parties involved. Thanks for another quality job well done!

Avoid dealing with this company, you will have nothing but problems. They have been called numerous times to fix issues with a newly installed conservatory. It is clear that they have no interest other than doing the fastest cheapest job possible. All their employees want to do is get done early and go home.
So many issues, poor fitting, leaks, damage to property, materials going 'missing' and installing sub standard/incorrect materials instead.
You can complain but no one there cares.
Heed the warnings offered on this website. Avoid Windor and their parent company Astraseal.

well done Windor.. I have experienced a whole new level of poor. AVOID! I wouldn't believe the positive reviews on this forum, they must make them up themselves . They are an atrocious company to deal with. How on earth they are still trading is beyond me. The actual fitters are nice enough but even they warned me amount the company and their obnoxious boss and how he operates, (described as a cross between david brent and Donald trump... doors not shutting properly, windows not straight . They are not interested in fixing or talking about any issues I have raised. lies after lies . they are plenty of other firms do not risk it. AVOID it will be the best decision you make. I wish I knew about the court cases before deciding to go with them. d

I can’t praise the Win-Dor company enough !
The professionalism of the staff from the salesman to the guys working on the project Are amazing . Coupled with their genuine and friendly approach, nothing is too much trouble .
The after sales service is just as good.
Old fashioned customer care is what you get .
We are now on our second project with Win-Dor and so happy with their work .
