I viewed the edgh today . Like the rooms and size of room as well our helper Luke was very nice and helpful.

We are due to move in tomorrow and despite trying to contact them all day have heard nothing back, we have had the date changed erroneously and it is still showing the wrong date despite being told multiple times the original date has been changed back to what we originally agreed the standards of customer service are absolutely appalling

Harris has been lovely. He's really easy to talk to and was really helpful when in answering all my questions. He really helped us find a great flat and sent us options that fit in our preferences. Would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to live in an X1 building!

Absolutely not helpful. Poor service. Phone call, email, chat box. ALL - no staff get back.

I met my best friend at an X1 event at the platform, for this I'm extremely grateful for Peter putting on the board game night! :)

There were few issues mainly like lift wasn’t working for months and freezer issue being complained and still no one taking any needful and feezer wasn’t completely working for the entire year.
But Debz she is a beautiful lovely person. Whenever we call her for cleaning room and kitchen, she does it to the best like no one else ever can. She is a truly a gem to this place.

I really find the office videos so funny, it shows X1 as being relatable unlike most other Lettings agents, keep them coming!

I have been looking for an accommodation in Manchester for a long time and only just found this on Instagram through Peter who has been very helpful to point me in the right direction! Could not recommend more!

Peter was a great help with all the all my questions, a testament to X1

They have not passed 2 months rent to us for 4 properties and they will not explain where our money is. They collected it from the tenants but we did not get a penny of the money. They will not engage on this and just give generic answers. This was for feb and mar 2026 we are now in aug and no sign of the money and they no longer reply to emails. I am having to go to the small claims court to get our money from them. Added to this, we have now moved our properties to another agent and we have found that X1 has completely neglected our property. The property was given to them 3 years ago brand new, today its almost uninhabitable. We will have a huge cost to fully refurb it and get it rented again. I have little hope that X1 will release the deposit they took. They truly are a rogue business in my opinion. They must be the worst letting agents in the business. Landlords - please do not trust this company to manage your properties.

The X1 team Mr. Johnson Kieran help me to re-letting my flat, though it’s still In progress, I’m keeping posted in the status and he is following up the application closely. In addition, he also assisting me to get refund from Liverpool council tax which I paid previously, which should not bear by me.

Luke has been extremely helpful, very kind with great customer service. Extremely happy with the service which he provided.
