It is nothing but lies and fraud. It says the cargo was delivered even though it was not. But I will apply to whatever I need to apply to for this company. To the international consumer court!!! Shame on you really!

There is a tracking number that shows my parcel is out for delivery. It's been 34 days, and I am still waiting. They are scams, nothing more.

ho acquistato un paio di scarpe circa tre mesi fa, merce che non mi è mai arrivata.
Il venditore mi ha fornito tramite il sito 17Track diversi codici di tracciamento di cui l'ultimo in data 6/9/2024 in cui mi si comunicava che il pacco era arrivato a Milano per la consegna. A tutt'oggi non è arrivato niente; mentre prima il venditore a cui scrivevo per richiesta informazioni a Sales Team rispondeva alle mie mail assicurandomi di provvedere a sollecitare la consegna, dopo è sparito e non risponde più ai miei reclami . Il corriere indicato nel tracciamento risulta XinRan, l'indirizzo mail inesistente. Quindi trattasi di una truffa.

som estafadores junto con una pagina que se hace pasar como filial de puma en mexico donde te dan super ofertas y te prometen entrega en menos de 14 dias y al final su estrella la empresa fantasma de xinran supply, la cual siempre aparece en tránsito y nunca puedes comunicarte con ellos ni con los de la supuesta empresa puma con la terminación del correo como tobeno1shop.com, son estafadores nunca llegan sus productos y tambien ligados a la empresa 17track que es la que solapa los fraudes con el supuesto seguimiento

Acquisto su SUN 68 sito falso. Denominato SUN68 Clearance Sale: Sito falso. Identico all’originale, è oramai non più online. Attenzione corriere ed indirizzo mail xiran a cui è stato affidato non esiste. Tracciamento falso, ogni singolo recapito è falso, ed alla fine della storia dove avrebbero dovuto consegnare : dopo 2 mesi segnalano indirizzo insufficiente. Roba da non credere. Attenzione anche all’indirizzo mail che mi hanno imposto da contattare per qualunque problema, dove rispondevano adesso non rispondono più. Sono stato truffato prendendo spunto da un annuncio ben fatto su Instagram dove con un artifizio sono stato raggirato con un sito simile all’originale : SUN68.
Xiran ricordate ! Diffidate comunque! Di acquisti dalla Cina alta probabilità di essere truffati.

Llevo esperando un paquete desde primeros de agosto todavía no ha llegado. He intentado contactar con ellos y no hay forma.

I wanted to give a no star rating . I ordered some baby clothes from what was supposed to be a white company sale shop I ordered in May and have still not heard anything despite my constant requests for my goods or money back. I was given a false tracking information and an email stating that the parcel had been delivered at 4am but there was no one home! The family were in and we have 2 dogs so if anyone had knocked on the door at that time of the morning (highly unlikely!) then we would have heard

What a rip off !
This company should not be allowed to trade and I would love some to tell me how to go about companies ripping people off like this

Total scam! Waited 2 months for an item. Received fake delivery updates but the product never arrived. Avoid at all costs.

THIS IS A SCAM - I ORDERED SOME TOWELS FROM SAMMOSABBA AND DELIVERY COMPANY XIN RAN WAS SUPPOSED TO BE THE COURIER. TRACKING NUMBER IS NOT RECOGNISED. I ORDERED TOWELS IN MAY AND NOTHING HAS ARRIVED. BE WARNED NEVER USE EITHER OF THESE SCAM COMPANIES.

Scammed by these thieves - croadclothing.com and XinRan. These terrible people need to be found and locked up.. I wish nothing but the WORST for them!!!

Desde junio 2024 estoy esperando una oferta de 3 pares de zapatillas de correr por 99 euros sin recibirlas, a pesar de que me enviaron un número de seguimiento y que al controlar el envío aparezca como en tránsito, pero jamás me llegó.

a bunch of Ripp offs. not just them but the the people who sold me an item. it's a group of thieves. from sellers to logistical. my bank is on the case. I'll never buy anything on line again. I hope they all rot in hell.

I placed order may it's august no reimbursement, no product, phn always busy, can't even deliver message to email. Says it's at my town n state but noone can find any such thing. Never received even an apology. This is horrible 😭 I ordered a bday present, need less to say ....this company is a scam.

Wish I could rate 0 this company said my order was delivered today on 8/13/2024 I race home because I was out at the time. It says on the website to track my package under DHL I did that and it say's tracking number don’t exist . Put my order number on the main website where I purchased and it’s still showing up under my orders but it says it got delivered somewhere in another county far away from me no phone number works someone been emailing me back days apart I’m trying to dispute this it’s now day 20 and supposed to come in 2 weeks or less express shipping this company definitely is scamming people out of their money

Without wasting time with all the details, I'm simply adding myself to what appears to be an increasingly long list of people who've been scammed by companies in league with this 'courier'. I'll be calling Chase tomorrow to dispute the charge for the two weeks tables I ordered.
