Never got my package.
Scam! Horrible thing is that I didn’t know the site I was ordering from was going to use this “company” may 23-June 24 still nothing!

they are fraud I did not recive my parcel and they are keep lying to me since 22th May

I have never received a package. Charged my MC June 5th. When I try to track my package, says no order . How can I get my $$ back

Its part of a global scam and no one cares... their tracking numbers are only recognized by a fake engine. Support email doesn't work.

Don't know why the Hong-Kong police don't do anything about this fake company unless they are involved too We are the stupid ones for not checking the reviews But at least I managed to stop payments from my country if someone tries to pay into their account It's 🚫 automatically

Why did i not research this company first OR even come here ( trustpilot) first. Like everyone here we have very negative experience due to being scammed by XINRAN .Let us all hope justice will be served soon, no more people scammed and put the XINRAN scammers and co defendents ( sellers who use xinran) behind bars for a long time .

I ordered 2 OWALAS, yes owalas from the offical website from America (keep in mind I live in Australia) and they used Xinran for the delivery service I waited a month and it says it was delivered on Monday, Its Wednesday now and I still haven't received anything. I emailed the Owala team however they haven't been much help. I tried emailing Xinran however there email adress doesn't even exsit nor does their telephone work. After reading these reveiws I have not more hope that my package will come. :(((((

I am so disappointed and angry with myself. I knew it was to good to be true. I wish that this MoFo that live to scammed hardworking people get what is coming to them. What you put out is exactly what you're bringing onto yourself and the people around you.
To everyone out there Please stay away from this scammers.

Buenas tardes, desde fines de diciembre de 2023 que estoy esperando unas botas y sigo en la misma, a pesar de que me enviaron un número de seguimiento y que al controlar el envío aparezca como entregado jamás me llego al domicilio. Es más pude ver el mismo día a las 7:30 hs que decían estaba entregado y lo habían hecho en teoría ese mismo día a las 16:31 hs, es decir aún no era ese día y horario y estaba entregado. TODO FALSO UNA ESTAFA. No se puede comunicar a ningún número de teléfono para reclamar y el correo electrónico que tienen rebota, no se envía. Dejo el número de envío para que las autoridades de XINRAN SUPPLY puedan corroborar que no estoy inventando nada (XRS08800093288018).

I am shocked!! Exactly the same experience as everyone here. I ordered two pairs of shoes from crorunshoes
22/11/23 my tracking number with Xinran is XRS08800314433624. I have sent MULTIPLE emails to the company I purchased my parcel from in order for them to contact the courier company they used but no luck. My parcel was apparently delivered 29/12/23 but it never was. This is a scam! Xinrans email address doesn't even work!!!!

Nothing received, no one to contact (no useful contact information). Have tried the contact information on website, but replies with unknown address.

We have to sue this guys, they are the scammers. Is the a way we can report this because they are going to scam a lot of people. We have to fight this... I still haven't receive my parcel & the sellers don't even care...

Scam currier. I wrote to their domain host and they shut down their page.

Also wrote to Parcelsapp.com they also took them down, but I am not getting answers from 17track.net

Fraud !! Ordered 25 Nov 2023.
Says order was delivered 01 Jan 2024.
Didn't receive it. Asking questions to who is courier company to dispatch in SA and who signed the waybill receipt.
Feedback received : I must ask around in my neighborhood and nearest post office.
Same feedback time and again.
Karma will get them for sure!!
