SCAM!!!!! BEEN WAITING 2 MONTHS FOR MY PACKAGE!. NO WAY TO GET MY MONEY BACK! Ordered 6/28/24.

Think I maybe being generous with 1 star. But definitely 5 star for scamming people, payment taken straight away no goods delivered, emails answered at first initially saying 7-15 days delivery after shipping. I ordered in May and still waiting, my emails are now being blocked, I am now raising this as a dispute to my CC company. Thought it was too good to be true, really poor hope they get caught!!!

What a disgraceful Company.

Ho ordinato un paio di scarpe dal sito discounts.online2024store.ru. Mi sono subito insospettita quando ho ricevuto la mail di conferma ordine, contenente solo il numero di ordine, ma non la descrizione del prodotto acquistato. Ho dato lo stesso il beneficio del dubbio e qualche giorno dopo ho ricevuto il numero di tracking, quindi mi sono un attimo rasserenata. Il numero di tracking è del corriere XinRan, irrintracciabile, se non tramite il link di 17track, inviatomi via mail. A quel punto, con somma vergogna, ho capito di essere stata truffata, è passato un mese e delle mie scarpe ovviamente non c'è traccia.

The company I stupidly ordered from was supposedly Joann but when the payment was posted to my credit card it came up as GraceAusdreyLtd. This company works with the Xinran supply company that makes up detailed tracking information for your package. They also operate a very sophisticated and responsive Customer Support email service. All of these work hand in hand to create a very believable scam.

Fortunately, if you dispute the charge with your credit card company you should be able to get your money back. I was able to file a dispute as I had documented my frequent interaction with the "customer service" who repeatedly asked to be patient and wait a few more days.
When the package was supposedly in my town and out for delivery, there were various excuses of why it never arrived. The address was wrong, (not true) the package was too large and a notice had been left etc. (no notice was ever found.) That was when I finally requested a refund and they stopped corresponding with me.

When I clicked on the link I had for the Joann site it was now a watch selling scam of some kind.

The credit card company says it will take approximately three months to get the money back. I can wait.

Ordered a bunch of model supplies from Hobby Time back in June. Last word from these crooks was that I had allegedly moved and left no forwarding address. Funny, still living at the address supplied for 41 years and going. And my credit payment went to some outfit called Grace Audrey Ltd in London, UK. Last time I order from Hong Kong scammers.

It’s a scam! They copy the website I was shopping on! And the price were too good to be true, I feel very stupid for ordering without double checking

Item says delivered. Not the case. Seller and courier both fake but you won’t know that until you’ve already made a purchase. When you check to find out what local courier company is used, they offer you 30% ‘compensation’. Money for something that was never going to get to you because it never existed. Seller was Fenkshoes.

My landlord ordered 2 portable acs with this company on June 11th, 2024. Here it is July 26th 2024. The last email send something about Return to Sender??? The one before that said out for delivery on July 20th 2024. No clue where it is, no location. Pretty sure he got ripped off. Our central air went out in June. The upstairs where I sleep is like hell....too much heat. We live in Southeast Louisiana. 😔🥵

I ordered a pool over 2 months ago. Tracking shows my package has been in the city I live since the 19th “out for delivery”. I tried emailing the tracking company at the email provided and got a response “undeliverable and rejected. No user at this email address “ I’m pretty sure the next message I get from tracking is going to be undeliverable no secure location. I’m so naive. I should have known better!

Get the product you purchased to you in a timely fashion not wait 7 weeks then tell you that there is a notice saying package could not be delivered no secure location instead of just delivering it to me.

why did I not read reviews before ordering? Answer is obvious, I am totally naive! Not only did I not receive my order but my credit card number was fraudulently charged 3 more times and now I have to fight those charges as well as the original charge. Ugh!

They are thieves, they are a fake company who are involved with many scam websites, they should be ashamed, investigated, and locked up in prison

It has been 53 days since I ordered my pkg. This is as scam shipping company. Give up and try to get your money back ! So angry😡

Total scam! If possible, stop payment on any orders. Evil, thieving company.

Did not receive my package. Said it was out for delivery and the next time it said it was forwarded. The contact info for this company is all fake. I wouldn't even give 1 star if I didn't have to.

Orderd shoes, still haven't seen them yet. Only for them to put on the tracking details no such number ,when it's supposedly out for delivery...
