this is a scam because the tracking company it says parcel delivered but, I dint received anything XRS08800938911476. one day Karma will deal with them.

Scammer scammer , don't try to buy online from luck.shoops , beauty. All of the scammer they just show track number delivered and I didn't get my parcel . I opened case against them and I'm sure I can do nothing . All the Instagram, Facebook, TikTok shopping are scammer don't try to use it

I ordered from @tinyjoytoys from China, tracking of XRS08800316552749, it shows that order has been delivered since 3 Jan 24!! I received nothing!! I NEED ANSWERS!!and when I contact their email I get address not found!!

Same story as everyone else here. Tracking shows my parcel was delivered 28 December 2023 but I never received anything. When i queried the Company where I bought from in China all I get is the parcel shows it has been delivered - thank you! I have been trying the whole day to get answers but nothing. The tracking Company says they only send the tracking reports thats all, nobody can give any answers. Nobody can tell me who the courier is here in South Africa that was supposed to deliver it - also get sent to the Post Office - they cant find anything. Its a crying shame!!! Package saying delivered but was never delivered, you guys are running a scam or your couriers are stealing all the merchandise. I'm really dissapointed😔😡😠

Courier xinran says my parcel have been delivered but did not receive the package yet worst experience ever with online shopping 36 days without package

We placed an order for goods from China through Xinransupply, and the provided tracking number was XRS08800326860603. Despite the status showing 'delivered,' we have not received the items.

Somebody must know who Xinran Supply is using as a courier agent in South Africa? They are stealing merchandise purchased through Chinese based wholesalers. Someone must be able to get SA Customs clearance documents to see who signed for the clearance. Maybe get Carte Blanche onto this.

STYLELILI Order No. SLL00193226 and tracking No. XRS08800663746360 showed that delivered from Dec 1st but I received nothing.
They asked to check with local post office but never gave delivery code. STYLELILI customer service also ignored my email.

I ordered from ASFOOT( 2311030311561830) on the 3rd of November and XinRan was identified as the courier.
XRS08800261473899. Parcle shows as delivered to me but I did not receive anything

Retail outlet claims they ship in good faith
Mail to XinRan goes undelivered.

My ask is a signed waybill to see where this was actually delivered and who signed for it?

I suspect it now based on poor responses that sends one round and round in circles it is scam.

Please do not do business with these entities

I bought stuff at woolwomen also on the 18/10/2023 upset also said it were delivered to my house as i track it were 17track. I send an email to 17track to ask them.to help they said i must email XINRAN email an phone nr does not exist then i ask if you are the tracking people for XINRAN how do you connect with them still no answer shame my kids were crying for there stuff still today no answers on my parcel woolwomen also said that they can do nothing about it want to refund its not about the refund who are the scammers 17track,woolwomen,XINRAN.
And why cant you get an invoice who signed for the stuff its easy to take your money but upsetting to get left like this unanswered.
Shame cant even explain to my kids .

I ordered my parcel as well at wool women shop on the 15 of October 2023 and still today I have not received any thing. I was made a fool by these people they sent me an email telling me that I must go and check at the local post office, I must ask my neighbors if they didn't not sign for my parcel. The last email I sent to them I requested for the signed documents of the delivery and the details of the driver they offered to pay me 30% of the money that I paid for the order.
