Good experience the web site is easy to use and give fast confirmation of booked delivery to sender and recipient,The collection date and a 2 /3 hr time scale for the collection is sent with a few days notice and driver texts when about half a hour away on day, and is pleasant and helpful on arrival.same communication given to recipient of item and my purchaser was very pleased with the care taken of the item and the delivery and the very pleasant delivery driver.

Having been seriously let down by a EVRI, I contacted XPERT Delivery To arrange for an armchair to be couriered from Grantham to London. They were extremely efficient and the communication was excellent. Everything happened as planned and the chair was safely delivered in a narrow timeslot as advertised.

Bought item through Etsy. Excellent communication and option to change given delivery date if required. Reasonable window of delivery time so didn’t have to stay in for hours. Very pleasant and helpful delivery driver.

Bought item thru eBay. Seller booked this Company to deliver. Excellent communication and the item was delivered within 4 days. Driver was friendly and helpful. Would certainly use this firm again and would recommend them to others.

A delivery service that does not deliver... an impressive feat you might say. Order was booked from Etsy back on November 10th 2022, yet this was somehow not collected from the seller until November 28th 2022. A delivery was ultimately scheduled after a long wait and series of chasers for December 21st 2022, but as I am sure was the case for many others, we were away from home for the Christmas period on this date so requested this to be rescheduled (with no other options given).

Since December 19th 2022 when we requested this, the status has not changed from "we will try to schedule a new delivery the next time we are in this area." I'm sorry, the next time you are in this area? An utterly shambolic excuse of a courier service.

Never use these guys, pay a bit more and actually get the job done by a service that knows the meaning of communication.

Was informed throughout the day regarding the status of my delivery. I was also informed and apologised for the delay involved. The courier was very pleasant and cheerful despite having driven all day so he must have been very tired,

We had a delivery of a hugely heavy table. Communication of delivery times etc. was excellent. The person delivering the item was extremely helpful and friendly and helped carry the table in with my partner.

They're pretty good! Cheap! Took a while for my stuff to get here, but they told me that in advance so I cant complain. It's odd that you can't speak to anyone, but the email and chat function was very smooth, responsive and informative. I would use them again.

Do NOT use this company. Disgusting customer service. They state delivery will take approximately 10 days…. nearly 4 weeks later my item still hasn’t been delivered to my customer. They completely ignore your messages. Have asked for a refund and my item to be sent back to myself so I can use a different courier to deliver the item…. But they just ignore messages. Complete and utter cowboys who I feel at the moment have STOLEN my parcel. I paid through PayPal so will have to open a case against them if they continue to ignore my messages. Dread to think what state the parcel is now in. Completely regret using this courier company and will NEVER use this company again. They have lost a valuable customer.

My MIL had to accept the delivery on my behalf which has not always worked out well in the past.
It was seamless- they showed up on time, called her, and were careful and respectful of the items.

It was absolutely appalling weather but that didn’t stop Mohammed to deliver our furniture on time. I even got a call from him beforehand, so am well pleased.

Booked for the pickup of a sideboard and delivery to myself. Quick to take my order and my money. But could not get a time or a date out of them at all .said it would be sometime this week? That week passed no pickup? Chased up a couple of time and told sorry it be the following week. Still no time frame given! Waiting all next week no pickup. Gave up and got a different delivery company. Sort straight away. Spent the next 2 and a half weeks trying to get my money refunded. Had to get PayPal to sort it I will never use them again. Xpert in mucking you about not delivery.
