The gentleman who delivered the shutters was very polite and put the parcels where I wanted. I have a very small bungalow but he managed to put them in the safest possible place.

Waited in for my parcel to delivered was given a time slot was advised would be contacted 30 minutes before delivery. Delivery time was running out was not contacted so I sent an email to delivery company and there response was:

Apologies as we can't deliver today due to the item wasn't picked up on the original schedule.

We just rescheduled the pick up tomorrow, we will send you a new delivery schedule.
Spoke with the company who I bought my goods from who are also not happy with this company as they have had a lot of complaints from their customers.

Absolutely terrible service! I arrange for a brand new sofa to be collected amd returned to seller when he came to collect the sofa he only took half of the sofa because the van was full off other deliveries despite them having the size amd measurements of the sofa they was collecting I also paid extra for wrapping of the sofa to stop it getting dirty the sofa was not wrapped at all and when carried out he once dropped it in the dirt amd then placed it down in dirt which ruined the new sofa that was meant to be wrapped! I now have to pay for this £1400 sofa that I only have half of because they took half the sofa!

Really good driver, it was late in the evening and a very awkward item to load but he refused to rush as it might cause damage

Xpert delivered my goods after a week to the wrong address other side of the country. They rescheduled delivery end of 2nd week and then cancelled the delivery due to break down. Rearranged delivery end of 3rd week, delivery came later than window and then when I opened my delivery the item was damaged and scratched. , forcing supplier of product to compensate me instead of XPERT delivery service. Poor poor service.

Excellent service. Good communication and timekeeping.

Absolutely appalling delivery service. Do not use. It took them forever to arrange a collection time. And then they tried to collect in a time that was not scheduled. And then “their van broke down” so they didn’t collect in the end. Now left in limbo waiting again for another collection date, whenever it is.

Shocking service. Paid and waited 7 and a half weeks only to be told they couldn't fulfil collection.
We paid for after 5pm and weekend collection, and they repeatedly tried to collect middle of the day.
Really poor communication, they didn't realise they offered out of hours collection, even though I'd paid for it on their website.
Took £250 off our children's charity, messed us around for 7 and a half weeks, then let us down.
Two weeks on still no refund, and no communication! Do not go anywhere near this company!
I've reported to trading standards and there is currently an investigation in place.

If I could put 0 stars, I would. This company is absolutelty appalling, and under NO CIRCUMSTANCES should you use them. Not only will they re-schedule your delivery over four times, and not communicate this with you; but they will also ask YOU to carry your own delivery into your chosen location. If this wasn't enough, I have sent over 10 emails, asking for my complaint to be addressed and they have outright ignored them. But if I had queried about the delivery time/date, they would reply within two hours. Unproffessional, incompetent, and rude are words to describe this pathetic company.

XPERT informed us days in advance of the date of delivery and gave us the choice to alter the date if it did not suit us. There was no need to. The driver also sent me a message on the day to inform me the approximate time of his arrival. He arrived on time, he informed me about a loose piece of the item which he had retrieved in his van. He was extremely polite. Everything arrived in great order. Thank you for the excellent service.

Terrible, unreliable, uncaring, stayed in two days,in different weeks, to be told at 3.30 pm, delivery not coming. Ordered May 2nd, now may23, absolute jokers, do not trust.

Fantastic service. Great Price. I used to use shiply or anyvan and the quotes I got this timefrom both of them were ridiculous.
Xpert gave a fair price and time slot, kept me updated throughout and the delivery guy was friendly and helpful, couldn't ask for a better service.

The experience was great using this service. They picked up and delivered an occasional chair bought on ebay. Door to door from Liverpool to Northumberland. They did what they said they would. Easy to contact via email with query. Which was resolved quickly. It helps if you are computer /phone savy . I would definitely use again and much more economical than other couriers

Absolutely terrible didn't turn up when arranged. Then the second time cancelled 10 mins before collection and 3rd time turned up and just drove off. Joke of a company AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Couldn’t fault the experience, was really quick with contact and my delivery service was quicker than I expected too. Also their team were really quick at replying to emails! Would 100% recommend and use again

Superb communications. Gave a link to their van tracking so that I could watch my table getting nearer. The young driver had phoned to add 30 minutes to his arrival time and he was spot on. Handled my furniture with care and was friendly and polite. Good value & service highly recommend.
