After a couple of hiccups confirming collection data everything went really smoothly. Collection was arranged directly with my seller, and the goods were delivered just 2 days later, well packaged, intact and within the time frames outlined. I paid the extra for 2 man collection and packing as it was a very large item, the service was worth the money. 3-4 hour timeslots arranged, with a 30 minute arrival text warning and the delivery driver also called directly when he was 20 minutes away. Very pleased with the service and would use again.

Good communication and the driver was very helpful moving a very awkward large item to our rear garden.

Damaged my goods in transit and never delivered. Five months on I am still awaiting reimbursement

Organised collection of a dining table from hastings to Glasgow through Shiply/xpert delivery. Somehow they managed to split the entire table in half...this couldn't even be done with sledge hammers. Obviously totally uncontactable on phone. No response to emails. I had to refund through ebay £360 + £90 delivery. Am looking at ccj options against company

We have used expert delivery several times to deliver our furniture to customers as we are a new small business at the painted furniture shed in Oxfordshire. Never let us down and excellent communication and service.

Waited in all day yesterday for a delivery and had over 100 delivery updates emails, waited in all day today and had 200 plus delivery updates and still no delivery, even had a phone call saying will be delivered by 18.00 hours, and still nothing.

Arranged via SHIPLEY website one of their registered carriers. TERRIBLE companies. Totally unreliable, cowboy removal drivers/loaders don’t turn up when appointments made. IMMACULATE WHIRLPOOL FRIDGE FREEZER TOTALL TRASHED. Reported to SHIPLEY say they cannot do anything,not their responsibility. YES you can !!! DE-REGISTER THEM. XPERT DELIVERY NO RESPONSE at all. Will have to issue small claims procedure.

hi i paid this company my deposit over three weeks ago using shiply never again and still i am waiting for delivery date like others i feel i have been scammed will contact as others have done the police to investigate the more of us contacts the police the more chance more mugs like me will not loose there expensive items send your details to the police and others might not loose there items
