I ordered a large item of furniture on eBay only because I worked out that the seller’s courier was XPERT Delivery and that a 2-man delivery was an option. And the many positive reviews I found gave me confidence to go ahead. I was not disappointed. I would not hesitate to use them again.

The goods arrived ahead of time and were in great condition. Very pleased with the service

Terrible. Booked through Shipley. Collected a carpet after 2 weeks then cancelled 3 delivery dayes which I had made myself available for. Then found out via an email it was delivered but to another address hundreds of miles away in Devon. I'm in Manchester! Now they say they are trying to retrieve but them who it has been delivered too, dates are so far, inconvenient. So doubt I will see that carpet again. Been 3 weeks now, so not looking good. Had a buy another carpet for have fitted as needed that carpet as was selling a house. Useless company.

I received open communication the entire time, problem comes in a seller wants to flip the item, they expect delivery with in that week, so buyers run the possibility of loosing the item, The Gents that helped bring the lounge suit in, very polite and professional.
Over all experience, easy and reliable to use, will continue to use Xpert Delivery.

I got Xpert Delivery to move a bed for me.

I have to say, the delivery drivers get 5* all the way. Super friendly and helpful.

I had issues with getting a collection slot though, as soon as I paid I got nothing from them and it took quite a few prompts to get this booked in. Luckily the slot we were given was within the next couple of days, not weeks.

I also had issues at the collection end with the stairs. I did say (on Shiply) there were two flights of stairs, however, on collection the driver refused to collect from the second floor as apparently he was unaware. This meant that the family selling (who were in the process of moving and had a newborn) had to flit a king sized bed (albeit dismantled) down to the ground floor themselves. This is disappointing when you do your best to make it clear what the job is.

Overall though, I got the bed and the guy delivering at my end was wonderful, and I did like the booking system they used. Just not sure I would use them again as I have had much smoother experiences with other companies.

I had never used a delivery service before and fond the whole process from booking to delivery easy and excellent. A very fast efficient service with great communication of pickup and delivery times.

I don’t usually do 1 star reviews but for this I will make an exception. My item was eventually delivered after three attempts - the first two cancelled for “technical reasons”. My wasted time and that of my “helper” obviously carries no value with this company. The 30min warning was sent 1 minute before arrival. Much to my horror my £2K vintage bed had been thrown and dragged around a ford transit van with no protection whatever. I had to challenge the delivery person who decided to drag varnished parts of the item across the floor of the van. Needless to say the item suffered damage as a result. This really is a cowboy company. Use at your peril - delivery might seem convenient and cheap but unless your are having non fragile items delivered, repairing the damage to your item won’t be. I really wish I had hire a van myself for the day.

Driver was nice, he brought the goods into my house and the room I wanted. Company communicated well, I got regular texts. They had a live tracker for the last 30 mins and the driver phoned me from the street. Good service!

My item was collected and delivered on time without any hiccups or hassle. An excellent service as far as I am concerned

They have damaged our item and when trying to sort it out they just close the chat and stop you from speaking to them

Booked a delivery with them as they guaranteed 7-10 days. 2 weeks later and item not even scheduled for delivery. No phone number and customer service complaint email not valid. The live chat seems to be the same person who sends a generic response. Shiply not interested in helping as they state they are a third party. I am beginning to think i wont receive this item that was a lot of money and i have no way of contacting them. Don't use Shiply as they are willing to take your money but when you need help they are not interested. I am trying to find out who regulates this in order to make a complaint. Do not use Shiply or Xpertdelivery, look at the reviews before you purchase

I had a transaction for a delivery from North Wales to London between 5/8/22 to 24/8/22. My experience with Xpert delivery was magnificent in every service. Price was cheap collection schedule was perfect care of item was superb & the delivery was prompt. I recomend them for their excellent service.

i would not trust positive reviews -scam alert!!

Dreadful. Mistakes all along the line and in the end everything was cancelled without informing me. Never again
