DERBYSHIRE POLICE NEED INFORMATION FROM THIS COURIER COMPANY REGARDING THE THEFT AND SUSPECTED SCAM WHERE THIS COMPANY SAYS THAT THE VANS BEEN STOLEN CONTAINING YOUR POSSESSIONS, THEN XPERT DELIVERY SAY ITS NOTHING TO DO WITH THEM. AVOID. I WOULD BE VERY DUBIOUS OF GLOWING REVIEWS I SUSPECT THEY ARE FAKE TO LURE YOU IN. If you too have been scammed by them let’s join forces

Both the collection driver and delivery driver were really nice and very professional. Updates by email and text keep everything running smoothly from my perspective and this process was also very favourably commented upon by the seller from whom the collection was made. Best experience with a courier to date. Thank you.

Customer booked these people to pick item . They called me and said could they pick up between 8 and 10 which I agreed to , then as the conversation continued it turns out he meant 8-10 pm , I said this was late for me to wait at a business premises but agreed ok 😳
Morning of collection I emailed them to ask if it could be collected from home address 3 1/2 miles away and was answered that it couldn’t and pick up would be 8.05 and 11.05 pm , I tried to email back and they blocked my message 😡 I emailed customer complaints and was blocked there and as you can not call them had accept . I waited from 8 until 9.45pm when I was called by the driver to apologize that he wouldn’t be able to make it and he’d told his office earlier that he wasn’t going to be able to get there !! Who ever is running this shouldn’t be !! Wasting my time 😡

Avoid. Scammers. Please email Shipley as I’ve done. Let’s get them struck off with false advertising- they don’t even have a telephone number, call the number before you book with them. It’s criminal. AVOID we need to get together all who have been scammed and do something about this. Absolutely shocking this can go on. All positive can not be true.

I wish I could put my contact details so we can all get together- believe me I’ve tried. I want this company finished what they’ve done to me and also other people. Low life parasites. Avoid!!!!

Good value delivery, imprecise on how long it may take but worth the wait and very good communications with the service and drivers. Lovely drivers who work hard.

Attrocious service ,non collection,after 4/5 attempts difficult to contact no phone number at all no response to messages or e mails

Absolutely awful - do not book them for anything.
Before booking I asked, and was assured, in writing, that the polished surfaces of our wooden bed would be blanket wrapped for transit. On arrival we witnessed the driver dragging it over the floor of his van unprotected. Clearly this had happened before on, probably, a concrete floor as the scratches to the head and footboards are deep. There is considerable damage which will need to be repaired.
X-pert have failed to reply to email, have no phone number, have blocked my email address from their complaints department and finally switched off their chat box option. There is no way to get in touch with them.
It's a great business for X-Pert they do not need to take care of anything they collect and deliver because the customer pays up front and has no recourse at all for anything that goes wrong. Therefore why would they need to bother? I suppose I should consider myself lucky that they delivered it at all, as there would have been nothing that could be done about that either.

AVOID this company. They took our money for pickup after an auction within a clearly specified window required by the auction house. Unilaterally changed day of pickup without telling us, then tracking showed "pick up failed". No comms, no reason given. At that point we twigged they were likely scammers thanks partly to the reviews here and drove to pick up the item ourselves while disputing the payment. Engaged via Shiply, in my opinion they should not be allowed on that platform.

I've used this company twice. They are very quick at responding to emails. I had an issue with my second booking and to be fair to them they resolved it quickly. I was honestly expecting difficulties but they were great and I was very satisfied with the outcome. I also like that they give you a 3 hour slot for delivery and colection. Reasonable price too. I'd used them again without hesitation.

This has been the single worst courier experience I have ever had. I used Xpert Delivery (via Shiply) to send a large item to a friend, and had the following problems:

- I ordered a 2-person delivery service. They did not record this on their system and were not prepared for this when they collected the item. They finally organised it, but were not able to deliver the item that day because of it and then tried to make me pay £30 extra even though I had it in writing that it was included in my quote. I spent hours arguing over phone, email, and chat until they honoured their own 'mistaken' quote.

- They did not notify my friend of the re-schedule, so she waited around all day for the item that never came.

- I was not informed of when they would be delivering the item.

- They tried to charge my friend SEVERAL times (including on delivery), despite an email from me and a confirmation that all payment should go to me. I believe they were trying to make each of us pay to receive a double payment.

This is one of the most frustrating and dishonest companies I have ever used, and I would not recommend them to anyone. My advice is to pay an extra £10 for a professional, timely service.

The driver was excellent - very helpful and polict. The pckage arrived in good time and in excellent condition.

Don’t bother! Zero commitment, zero customer service and they have stopped their phone line…says everything you need to know! AVOID!

Outstanding service. The quote was reasonable and came in quickly, the follow-up e-mail requesting details was clear and specific, the collection driver was efficient and polite as was the delivery driver. No complaints at all and would definitely use again.

Appalling service - dumped expensive shutters in a glass porched knowing I was on holiday. They remained there for over 24 hours making it clear to everyone the house was empty. They also wedged a box over the front door blocking the lock. I live alone and the box was to heavy to move so when I arrived back from my holiday I had to wait for my neighbour to come home to help me lift the box to get into my own house. second time have had to used and both times service has been terrible.
