I had a lot of correspondence trying to align dates with my family situation and nothing was a bother. On uplift day the driver messaged me 30 mins before as promised and arrived on time. Both me and the recipient were updated on delivery times, again very smooth. Overall I would highly recommend...A+++ for customer service, pricing, respect for goods.

XPERT Delivery aka Delivey_Team (on Shiply) accepted my order on 6 July to move 4 doors and a table 41 miles. They said this “We will give you the best service you’ve ever had… collection and delivery usually in 3 to 7 days”.
16 days later and much chasing to get delivery and I they tell me that the goods are 173 miles away in their warehouse! They won’t give me a delivery date and they have my money.
I needed the doors for a building project and have now missed the slot I feel incredibly let down by this company.
I have written proof of all I have written.

Detailed tracking, they arrived on time, very friendly couriers who carried a very large item up narrow steep stairs on a very hot day with no complaints. 100% would recommend!

Excellent communications , kept me up to date with progress and helped carry the item to its place in the garden

Collection was made promptly and on time. Was kept informed at every stage

Ive used Shipley 3 times in 7 months, once moving a motorbike with excellent all round service. The second,a nightmare, they lost my leather sofa and wouldn't compensate me. XPERT delivery did a job this week and it was seamless from start to finish.
This is now my go to company for any future work.

Ignored me once the job was booked. Failed to collect. Had to use another company. Would not recommend at all.

Well informed, good tracker, driver with great attitude.

They were booked for collection on Monday but they cancelled ,"due to technical problems". Rebooked for Thursday and the driver arrives with a full van, unable to collect a dining table. He left saying, "someone else will collect, maybe today, maybe tomorrow".
Absolute time wasters, NEVER use these people!!!!!!

All happened without me present, neighbour kindly opened the door and your guys took over from there. No problems, no hassle.

Scammers be warned. Booked through Shipley, paid Shipley there £15 fee. Was contacted by courier asking for £60 which I paid. Courier has cancelled collection on 5 occasions and won’t respond. No reason for cancellation. Shipley washed there hands of it. Do not use!

XPERT kept me informed all the way & the delivery was faultless

Timely response to email enquiries. Understood concerns & acted swiftly to support. Excellent delivery driver who was polite, respectful & exceptionally helpful, inspite of his very lengthy journey. Package arrived safely & in good condition. Thank you.

When I booked they said they were in the collection area I required the following day as well as two days after that (presumably to lure me in), yet didn't actually collect the item until a week later. Following this my delivery date was cancelled on the day due to staff shortages; I then had to send several emails asking for a new date over a 2-week period and in the end had to cancel the 2-man service and arrange for a friend to come and help me in order to get a 1-man delivery slot. My item was delivered 3 weeks later than promised (supposed to be up to 10 days). I felt like my property was being held hostage by them, it was very stressful. I complained and was offered £5 off a future booking - as if I'd use them again!! The booking process also included multiple hidden/extra costs for insurance, etc.
