XP health is a great benefit to have along with your regular vision insurance. The reason for missing out on 1 star is limited frame models. Customer service is always great.

I ordered several pair of glasses to try on which was so easy and fast. Once I picked the perfect pair, it was easy to upload my prescription. When my glasses arrived, I did have some trouble because I couldn't see properly. I reached out to the company, and they told me that I needed to get used to them by wearing them a few times for short amounts of time until I was adjusted. That didn't work so I reached out again. They asked me to put my glasses on then take front and side photos of my face. The reached out and told me that I was wearing the glasses too high on my face. That made all the difference!! I had to adjust the nose grips so that the glasses sat lower on my nose! I have loved them ever since!
The other great perk is that they were not that expensive! I have progressive lenses which cost more. I bought my sunglasses using my Flex Spending account. I didn't use my insurance. My husband bought his glasses through a local eyecare office and used our insurance. My glasses were cheaper than his!!!! I will be using this resource again AND so will my husband!

XP Health has great affordable options…
XP Health has great affordable options that fit even my -7.0 prescription. The selection isn't vast but I found a few eyeglasses and sunglasses that fit my style.
One thing that pleasantly surprised me was their warranty. I broke my eyeglasses within the window and they got me a replacement in 2 weeks. Thanks!
