The user experience is pretty bad
The user experience is pretty bad. The system doesn't work well when trying to get your glasses and kept failing instead of letting me move one when choosing options that you want to add on (I did not want to add them on).
After days of struggle it finally worked to get through that. Then I was tricked about the price. It might say $30 or $0 but when you actually try to add your prescription they increase the price to $100-200 because of the lenses. I think they should factor that into the original price instead of making people think it will be the price they show at the beginning.
I received the frames to try on quickly. However the wait between return the frames and receiving the glasses was weeks. It was too long, partly because the system to measure your face doesn't work well and it kept telling me it had to send me something to measure my face when I could just do it digitally.
I finally got my progressive lenses and it's VERY difficult to just reorder the same thing. The system keeps trying to make me retry glasses and then remeasure my face. That doesn't make sense. I just want the same thing.

Time Saver when finding the perfect pair of glasses!
The home try-on option has made shopping for glasses so much easier. I was able to select frames online and have them shipped directly to my house. When those frames weren’t the right fit, I quickly ordered another set to try. It’s a convenient, stress-free way to find the perfect pair of glasses, and the process couldn’t be simpler.
