I called customer service to update my frame selection, and the representative, Lauren M, handled everything quickly and made sure all of my customized lens options carried over seamlessly. The program discount saved me a significant amount on designer frames and progressive lenses with light-responsive upgrades. Overall, the order process was simple, helpful, and straightforward.

They have a large list of vendors that you can choose from. I also like the sort and filter options.
Price is very competitive with big box stores like Costco and Walmart.

Easy Experience
The experience was a lot easier than I thought it would be. I was concerned about the fitment of the glasses, and I struggled at first with the photo feature for face scanning. But once I got it to work the process went really smooth. Much faster than my optometrist and much cheaper.
