I had an overall positive experience ordering from XP health. When things didn't go quite right with the processing of a cancellation of an order after I received the tryon kit and realized it wouldn't fit properly, they reached out to me and made sure to correct the issue and ensure my insurance balance was credited correctly. I've ordered several pairs of glasses now for my family with XP and overall it's been a painless, positive experience.

It's been so easy to work with the XP Health team. Every question was answered timely and in a way that made sense to me. I appreciated how easy it was to use my benefits and feel like every interaction was bespoke to me and my needs. And I LOVE my glasses! They really fit my style and face and I get so many compliments. Not having to pay an arm and a leg for something that feels "expensive" really made me feel like I was getting a great deal. And the glasses came so quickly after I submitted my order so I was wearing my new prescription in days!
