Outstanding Customer Support
The support from the XP Health team has been excellent. I've reached out to them multiple times for things like tightening my glasses or getting them cleaned, and they've always responded promptly and been extremely helpful throughout.

Amazing experience from start to finish
Really easy to find great glasses at an even better cost. Their try-on kit was super helpful and incredibly easy to utilize. I was able to find the glasses I like with one try, but having the option to try on more if need be is super helpful for the future. There was a small delay in getting the lenses from where they were being made to the location of the frames, but the customer service was super quick and incredibly helpful. They even added rush shipping at no cost to make sure the glasses got to me as soon as possible.

Great prices on eyewear and sunglasses in particular. Saved money on the exact styles of designer sunglasses we wanted even over Costco. The order showed up quickly and as expected.

Save yourself a headache and steer clear.
You know what's great about XP Health? Nothing. They have known issues with their website that impact orders, their ordering process is poorly communicated and clunky, their customer service appears to use AI to condescendingly correct their customers, and when you tell them you want to be left alone because they suck, they continue to send you email.

They define Customer Care
The app is truly easy to use and there are a lot of options! The most impact I've had in this experience is their customer service team. I was given a survey after ordering, and gave them a 7/10. Within a few hours, there was a follow up from Tori asking if there was a way to make the review better and if I would share my experience. My biggest complaint was the time it would take for the entire process to complete (I have multi-focal lenses, and they needed to ship a sample frame for more measurements). Honestly, I was frustrated by that. But Tori and the entire team ensured I got that kit quickly and the communication from XP has been absolutely stellar. I'm also in a very rural location, and no one within 200+ miles accepts this vision insurance. They were happy to reimburse me a significant dollar amount toward my eye exam, and I also had that very quickly.
This team takes customer care to heart, and it shows.
