The app is truly easy to use and there are a lot of options! The most impact I've had in this experience is their customer service team. I was given a survey after ordering, and gave them a 7/10. Within a few hours, there was a follow up from Tori asking if there was a way to make the review better and if I would share my experience. My biggest complaint was the time it would take for the entire process to complete (I have multi-focal lenses, and they needed to ship a sample frame for more measurements). Honestly, I was frustrated by that. But Tori and the entire team ensured I got that kit quickly and the communication from XP has been absolutely stellar. I'm also in a very rural location, and no one within 200+ miles accepts this vision insurance. They were happy to reimburse me a significant dollar amount toward my eye exam, and I also had that very quickly.

I love my glasses. The style is unique, and I get complimented on them often. The experience of trying to choose the correct size with the virtual preview was less than ideal though, as I found that the 3D render makes the glasses appear larger on your head than the ones that actually arrive. I ended up returning my set and going with an enlarged size to fit properly. I had this same experience with my children. Fortunately, the support team are super responsive and will assist you with getting you what you need as quickly as they can.

There was basically no discount from this site. I could have paid full price for a box and only spend $6 more and then I wouldn't have had to deal with the hassle of ordering the contact from this site. Totally disappointed.

I have had XP Health for my vision benefits for a while now and honestly, it has been great. The app is super easy to use. No confusing menus or weird steps, just simple browsing and ordering.

Their selection is honestly impressive. I found the exact contacts I needed with my astigmatism, which is not always easy with vision platforms, and I also grabbed a pair of high-end sunglasses through them that I really love. Being able to share the benefit with up to three family members has been a nice perk too.

Customer service has been solid as well. Whenever I have had a question, a real human actually helped me in a prompt, professional manner.

All in all, XP Health makes vision benefits easy and effortless, which is not something I say about most benefits platforms. If your employer offers it, definitely take advantage.

It was super easy to find and select sunglasses that fit my face, budget and needs. Likewise, on screen testing and measurements made it easy to purchase the right eyewear including my prescription lenses. Lastly, the financial benefit received is significant!

The customer service with XP health is top notch. I have had two issues with my lenses and XP was great to work with! I would say the only part I was frustrated on was the USPS is so slow to get glasses once they are shipped. Is there another way to ship them? Even if the customer has to pay extra for shipping to go like UPS or FEDEX. I would be willing to pay for shipping them a different method.

I had a great experience. They were quick to respond to my questions. Shipping was fast. My whole family got 2 pairs each and we each love all of them. The selection was amazing. That was the hardest part narrowing it down.

This is by far the worst vision insurance I have ever had and I’m pay for it. The coverage is abysmal. The quality is poor. I have never had to pay this much to be able to see because this insurance and platform does nothing.
