I spoke with Bash who was really friendly, helpful and most importantly non judgemental. He offered me loads of helpful advice and answered any questions thoroughly, taking time to make sure I understood all my options. A credit to the company, thank you for such a positive interaction.

Spoke to a lovely gentleman called Bash. He helped me with my energy bills and also talked a lot about what I was entitled to. Can’t stress enough how much this has helped me very kind and understanding 10 out of 10 Man thank you very much.

The advisor had a friendly and caring manner. Very understanding and genuine. She explained information well and took time to make sure I understood what was being told. Very informative and a fast response email with all the helpful information.

The lady i spoke with was lovely, she listened and understood and gave great advice alongside emails with support networks. She made my grandfather feel relaxed which I am thankful for with him being 82 with a heart condition.

I had a call didn't think nothing of it as I get spam calls all the time was reluctant to give details however through the post they sent me a leaflet in how to save money and heat and be aware of things really helpful I got a key to bleed my radiators and silver magnet I think this to put behind my radiator some condensation bits also so big thanks
