This used to be a good company but the US division was sold off and is now awful. They will email you discount codes but then not accept them (the next day!). Their return policy states I have 21 days they just will not get back to me to tell me where to ship it. Horrible company zero customer service whatsoever. The rinse is perfect for getting the soap residue and hard water out and the product itself leaves my hair smooth, shiny and perfectly clean! I love it and will not go back to anything else ! I use the under eye cream also which is lovely and helps with little lines.

Misleading. They say they will ship with USPS, but they actually use FedEx Smartpost first before handing it off to USPS. FedEx Smartpost is absolutely terrible and can take up to a month to get your package. Be aware of this before buying from their website.

I have been with the company for 5 years by now. I love the products. Very high quality, natural, plant based and really working at least for me. I never had a problem delivering my orders to my own address. However, forget sending a gift to your friend. It is next to impossible.
