Customer services very helpful
Customer services very helpful, but by phone rather than email. Website is clunky with some errors when configurating. Also seems a no-brainer to link you to the relevant website/brochures for each car to understand spec and trim.
Overall a good experience, but the process could be enhanced by the above.

Overall it was very easy to sort the car out, im concerned that I have selected a 2025 tesla and my confirmation email states the car is a 2023. If this is the case I will have to cancel the order as I picked the car on it being 2025.

Extremely poor service
Extremely poor service. Car delivery was delayed by nearly two months. Car itself is brand-new yet has faults - I'm not the owner of the warranty, Zenith are, and they haven't helped in that regard either.
On top of that I had a no-fault accident and they never bothered to push the insurer to reclaim the excess so took it from my salary.
All this and an average of three weeks to respond.
If you're looking to lease with Zenith, I'd suggest avoiding.

Bad customer service and order management
To be honest, I do not consider this company trustworthy. I am tied to them through my employer, which is why I ordered a car through them.
I ordered a Citroën C3 on 13 March 2026. Before placing the order, I was advised over the phone that delivery was expected by mid-June. However, four days after ordering, I received an email stating that the delivery date had been pushed back to mid-July.
It is now the end of July, and the car is still on order. I have now been informed that delivery is expected at the end of August. There seems to be very little transparency or accountability. The response is always that delivery dates are only estimates and that there is little they can do.
While I understand that vehicle delivery times can change, a five-month wait for a standard vehicle, combined with repeated delays and shifting delivery dates, is unacceptable. This has been a very disappointing customer experience.
If the leasing company cannot provide accurate updates or effectively manage delivery expectations, it raises the question of what value they are actually adding to the process.

We completely understand how frustrating it can be when expected delivery dates change, especially when you're relying on the information provided at the point of order. While vehicle delivery schedules are influenced by manufacturer production times and supply chain factors that can be outside of our direct control, we appreciate that this does not lessen the inconvenience caused when delivery dates are revised multiple times.

5 months after receiving my brand new…
5 months after receiving my brand new car, it broke down and was off the road for over 4 months. Zenith still took all the monthly payments despite my request for them to cease (they said I would be in breach of contract if I cancelled the direct debit). No replacement car was supplied for the first 6 weeks then various courtesy cars (not like for like). No updates were given until I chased them every 2 weeks.

The deal I got was very competitive
The deal I got was very competitive, and customer service has been great, but for a web only company the user experience was woeful.
Pages keep crashing, it's not intuitive to find your previous quotes, filtering is lacking, photos of the car are tiny and when you update colours and options the picture doesn't update.
I could go on.
