I am really surprised by these bad reviews. Granted I waited two weeks for it but it was getting engraved. I was a little worried when I hadn't heard from them in 5 days so I messaged them via Facebook where they replied within a couple of hours. They told me it was coming back from being engraved then it would have next day delivery. So communication was fine and I was alerted that it was dispatched and it was tracked. It came in very good packaging, making sure that it didn't get scratched!!
So overall, I thought this company was fine. The necklace itself is lovely.

Was very concerned after reading reviews as I had ordered from this company. I had an email saying the item was out of stock and would I let them know if I wished to wait for my order. It was difficult to get through to customer service and I started to worry. Was surprised and very pleased to receive a refund within 2 days. Thank you so much Zoe Kay I will definitely use you again in the near future,

I would give zero stars if possible! They made me wait a month+ for my bracelet and didn’t update me on what is happening. I had to constantly ask them what’s going on and why it is taking so long. Awful customer service and they don’t contact you at all unless you have to keep nagging them. When I threaten to get a refund they have suddenly sent me my bracelet but it was a fake and never came! They tried a resolve it by “making replacement bracelet” but really they never even sent the bracelet to me in the first place and made excuses and lies to make it seem like they have to make me wait longer. The quality of the bracelet is so bad!! The bracelet becomes tarnished and ruined after a few weeks, and my boyfriend never got to wear the bracelet as it was too big. For a bracelet that never came out of the box, never worn and made with ‘18ct plated gold’ shouldn’t be this tarnished and damaged at all! I can’t even put in the category of fake gold because fake gold would never go really ruined like this! They said they would make me a replacement bracelet and deliver it to me ‘asap’... I have waited 2 weeks+ and still no bracelet! In the end, I decided to do a dispute on PayPal because I am not waiting again and I don’t want a poorly made bracelet that would go ruined and tarnished after few weeks of not even wearing it again! The cheek of the company tried and keep their money and not give me a refund!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AND DON’T BUY!!!!! SAVE YOURSELVES FROM THE GRIEF!!!

Their phone lines don’t work so you can never speak to someone. I placed an order & 4 weeks later I still don’t have it and I’m being told lie after lie... issues in production, we told you 14 working days, yes it will dispatch this week. I still don’t have my product after a month. Their emails are useless. The most shocking company & communication I have ever received. Wish I had read the reviews before placing an order. Do NOT buy from this company!

Ordered a rose gold locket and chain plus a separate thicker chain.

Had a lengthy conversation on facebook messenger with one of their staff. I explained I wanted a thicker chain to go with it and keep the original as a spare... they gave me a new customer 10% discount code..

When my parcel arrived it was missing the original chain! Then when I complained they said "this is why we gave you 10% discount sorry it wasnt made clear"

I would never buy from these again...
