I am using xtool d1pro 20w. During cleaning process I pulled out a wires from the fans.

I was trying to get the fan on the market but I have contacted xtool support as well.
Ivy from xtool replied me straight away and offered a kind support. I had to deliver pictures shows the fans is broken and Ivy organized a new fan for me aboslutely free of charge. Fan came yesterday! Laser is fixed.

I recently purchased the xTool P2. The shipping process was somewhat slower than anticipated, taking over a week before dispatch. For those in the EU, be aware that delivery might take some time, although they do mention a 1-3 week shipping timeframe. I hope they will enhance their logistics in the future. Whenever I contacted customer support regarding shipping concerns, they reassured me about the dispatch, but a more specific delivery date would have been helpful. I must commend Julion for his polite and friendly responses to my emails, which I consistently received in the morning due to the time difference, a minor inconvenience for me.

Once shipped, the machine arrived swiftly within two days. Upon startup, everything worked as expected. I've conducted a few test runs and am quite impressed with the quality of the machine's performance, especially the clean cuts, and was relieved that there was no need for mirror alignment. I'm still exploring the capabilities of the xTool P2.

I had some ordering problems but got very good and very friendly help. I live in Norway. For some reason there is logistical issues with shipping to Norway. For this reason Xtool doesn’t ship materials to Norway. Only machines and add ones to the machines are shipped. I’ve had no issues like this with other companies so I’m confident Xtool will fix this problem. I’m hoping to be able to shop from their entire catalog. Other than this I think Xtool is an innovative company that will continue to bring fantastic products to market. Their customer service is friendly, hardworking and helpful. 5 stars because i really like this company and the products they bring to market for creative people. The friendly customer service is also a plus. 👍😊

Purchased a P2 laser cutter from xtool and would certainly recommend them. My new unit actually has an issue and wouldn’t work. However, the comms I received were excellent. Parts were shipped to me, I duly fitted these parts and original problem was alleviated.

Great service (was helped by Saraí). A small order mistake was made but everything was solved very quickly and professional! If you have for some reason a doubt, don't. They really here to help and offer good service.

Choosing the xTOOL P2 was initially a straightforward business choice. However, an unfortunate fire incident shortly after the purchase led me to contact their customer support.

When I contacted the xTOOL team amidst the distress caused by the fire. They did not just acknowledge my issues but took a proactive stance, reaching out to me with updates as they worked towards a solution. This active approach was very much appreciated.

I placed an order on 16/08 and one on 17/09. It is now 27/09 and I still have not received any order. Very difficult communication with the company.

Après la mise en route du graveur Xtool D1pro 20W, je me suis très vite aperçu qu'il ne fonctionnait pas :
- Le laser se déplace selon l'axe Y mais pas du tout selon l'axe X
- Il ne grave pas du tout, il découpe seulement (là encore, pas de forme : juste un trait selon l'axe Y)
J'ai contacté le service client qui tarde à revenir vers moi. Après une semaine passée, aucune solution ne m'a été proposée, l'appareil étant couteux : c'est inadmissible !

Just a word to say that Ivy has been very smart when i needed more informations about my packages. I've got answers very quickly and every time it was clear for me. Thanks a lot Ivy.

I bought an xtool laser and making the wrong color during the order, I immediately contacted assistance. Here I found Saraí who solved my problem brilliantly. He also gave me some components that they didn't give me with the Ra2. All excellent.

Very good customer service, the acrylic works really well in diode lasers like the xTool M1

As an Austrian company, we have made several purchases from XTOOL. Unfortunately, their online system cannot process VAT-exempt orders. However, Lily from the support team has always been able to assist us promptly. Correcting invoices and refunding the VAT has been hassle-free.

Overall, we are very satisfied with XTOOL. Deliveries are always prompt, and the quality of their products is excellent. We can always rely on a reliable processing of our orders.
