Okay. just would like to say something..Ivy is super cute and patient!She communicated with me in a friendly and polite manner in both two languages.She’ve taken a lot of things into account for me. So I’m willing to spare time to write these for her high quality service!

To be honest I browsed some bad reviews online and I was even a little worried about the service until I contacted her. Turns out that you need to experience it for yourself to be true….

Xtool has such an Amazing customer service support system! I have been emailing Ivy with my issue and she was able to resolve the issue! She is very kind and wonderful! All in all it was roughly a 2 week turn around from reaching out to getting my issue resolved! So it was quick! Thank you!!

Communicated with Ivy back and fourth and she was quick to respond to all my questions. She was pleasant and very helpful. I enjoyed working with her and has made my experience with xTool a pleasant one.

I am a happy owner of a xTool M1 and I am using the machine on a daily basis. I am very happy with the quality and the results. I did have some technical issues with the laser head and the air assist but the team of xTool were very eager to help. The responses were fast and the hardware replacement was shipped very fast without any discussions. Great support!

Endlich gibt es für Bestellungen aus Deutschland mit Versand aus Deutschland eine eigene Website von xTool. Alles kann ich unkompliziert bestellen ohne zusätzliche Gebühren oder Angst vor Zoll. Auch die Bezahlung über Klarna ist eine klasse Sache. Bei Nachfragen hat sich der Support umgehend gemeldet und mir sehr geholfen, egal wie oft ich als Anfänger Fragen hatte. Der Versand ging schnell & unkompliziert und alles war innerhalb weniger Tage bei mir. Kann mich nicht beklagen und werde hier gerne wieder bestellen...

Ich habe seit ein paar Wochen den xTool D1 Pro 10 Watt Diodenlaser von im Einsatz. Als ich diesen zusammen baute, hatte ich eine Frage und den Service von xTool kontaktiert. Dieser verlief sehr gut und meine Frage wurde sehr schnell beantwortet. Von mir gibt es volle Punktzahl!
