What a disappointment
I ordered 2 items just because of delivery charges so ordered all at once. The first thing arrived the day after I chased delivery. The second part said it would be delivered in a couple of days. It didn’t arrive we were in all day. When I checked it said Royal Mail had tried to deliver & it had been refused delivery!
I have emailed several times & get told they are sending a replacement but a week has passed & still no delivery. So I wouldn’t bother again. I’m really unlucky when I order online. Between the companies, Royal Mail & other couriers it’s a joke. I’m off to the shops from now on.

Sadly once an order has left our facility it is at the mercy of Royal Mail, and as such we would be unable to comment or advise on why they were unable to deliver the initial item. I can only apologise that this happened to your initial order.
Your replacement item is in transit and should arrive within the next 24-48 hours. If this is not received over the weekend, then do get in touch and let the customer care team know.

The thing I love about Yappy is every single item is unique. I have bought mugs, bandanas and more and will be looking at a Christmas jumper this year.

I'm impressed with yappy.com, I bought a few personalised items for a friend's birthday. Everything is good quality and reasonably priced. The website is well set out and easy to use. Fast delivery and everything packed well. I highly recommend them and will be buying again for my own fur baby.

Where's (dog name) book - Great fun
I bought the hard-back Where's (dog name) book. It arrived really quickly (within a week or so) and was great quality. Not only that but it was great fun trying to find my dog's image in the various pages. Once we'd found him, we also could look for other fun items. Really great and fun idea. Have now ordered another for my friend's dog.
