Disappointing Experience with Damaged Packaging
I recently ordered from Your Dog’s Club for the first time and, unfortunately, had a poor experience. When the food arrived, the bag was damaged, which was very concerning and made it impossible for me to store the 15kg’s of dog food.
I reached out to customer service to report the issue, and while they did apologise, their response was less than satisfactory. They claimed to have checked CCTV and delivery images and couldn't determine how the damage occurred. Despite this, they were only willing to offer a 10% refund on the order.
While I appreciate the refund, I feel it was an insufficient resolution to the issue, and it leaves me with little confidence in their packaging and delivery process. As a result, I am left with no choice but to share my negative experience here on Trustpilot and explore other options for my future orders.
I hope Yoour Dog’s Club takes this feedback to heart and works on improving the overall customer experience, as well as addressing issues with their packaging and delivery.

Hi Mick, Many thanks for sharing your feedback. Our Customer Service Team did investigate this for you and CCTV in the packing area clearly showed that the bag of food was fully in tact at the time of packing your order. Additionally, we verified that there was no in transit damage by checking the delivery photograph provided by the courier which clearly shows that the box was undamaged and the tape still in tact.
We never send out damaged bags of food and if there was split in the bag present at the time of packing, the item would be removed from the shelves and a replacement item picked and packed for the order.
Where damage occurs in transit, and is clearly evident by way of a damaged or opened box or mailing bag, we will look to rectify this with a replacement item.
On this occasion as we were able to verify that the damage was not casued at point of packing or in transit, we were unable to offer a full replacement to you and offered a 10% refund as a good will gesture.
We pride ourselves on our customer experience and are very sorry that you feel you need to explore other options in the future for your orders. We would welcome the opportunity to supply your dog food again and hope that you would find the experience to be to our usual standards should you be willing to give us another try.

I have been unable to buy my choice of dog food locally in the flavour my dogs prefer.Ordered from dogs club,delivery was quick and now dogs are happy.😀
