The book was printed beautifully. The company was great about extending the deadline at any time to incorporate the “stragglers” who needed multiple reminders about filling out the page. I do wish there were emails that could be sent out to the registered people to remind them but I also understand not spamming them.

The website was easy to use and the book was customizable. The finished product was really nice. I would definitely use this company again.

I was impressed by the easy and professionalism of it all. The website and template were easy to use and easy to communicate with my co-contributors. The formatting was easy, although I do wish there was a way to place extra pages into the book to help with spacing. I had to be creative in how I arranged the book.

What really impressed me was the customer service. Twice I reached out with questions outside of business hours (once early on a Sunday morning) and received a helpful response within an hour. Very impressive!

I would highly recommend.

Easy experience and beautiful results!

yourkithandkin made it easy to give a thoughtful and meaningful gift to my husband for a milestone birthday. The memories people wrote were funny, sentimental, and impactful. The book was nicely bound and a keepsake we will have forever. This is a great idea and amazing service to deliver a gift that they will always remember.

We had an INCREDIBLE experience with Kith & Kin when we created a baby book for family members who are in the military and overseas! Throughout the process we had several questions and Brittany always responded quickly to our emails and she was extremely helpful in accommodating some of our special requests! Kith & Kin’s online system was so easy to navigate and very user-friendly for family/friends to respond to our selected prompts! We highly recommend Kith & Kin for your next memory book! We cannot wait for our family members to receive their book in the mail!!!

The recipient was very happy with her book and overall I would recommend it. I found the overall process a little confusing so it would be helpful if all of the steps were a little more clear up front. Also, the answers ended up being broken into multiple pages per respondent. This not only made the book a lot more pages (more $) than it needed to be, but the flow of the book was a little strange because of it.

The book itself is such great quality. And the process of creating the book was so easy for everyone.

Kith and Kin is a great find! I made a book for my Dad's 80th birthday as a tribute to his amazing life. I loved the prompts and the ease of use for the contributors and the one making the book. Limited options for edits, made it turnkey for me to pull it all together. Easy to use for those of all ages. I would have loved for them to be able to submit more than 1 photo, and to increase the font size. I would also have liked to be able to see it in book layout form instead of just a pdf. I would have maybe rearranged some responses so the photos and contributions could have been on the same two pages side by side. But it did the job and the quality of the book and the printed photos was as good as any of these publishers I have used (Shutterfly, Minted, Apple Books etc.) HIGHLY RECOMMEND and will use again.

Cool books are created... a little hard to do from your phone... need to be able to log-in and upload photos from your phone...

Customer service was amazing anytime I had questions! The book was beatiful!

The final product looks great, the owners are quick to respond to questions, the product is easy to create and delivery was quick. I give it a 3.5.
However, there are limitations to developing the book:
-Too many pages are used for each contribution
- text style is fixed ( can't do bold or italics)
-prompts should indicate more flexibility
-the contributors' names are in light font on the side of the page and can't be changed

The book we made for my dad's 80th birthday turned out beautifully! We had a small glitch with ordering and the company went above and beyond to make it right. I highly recommend Your Kith and Kin!

The best gift a new mom could get! I was able to get a big group of women to contribute to a book for our friend on the eve of her first baby. Lots of love and funny stories and real talk. It was easy to do, beautifully designed (and I'm picky!) and was the talk of the baby shower. Our friend was able to have words of encouragement on hand during those long first nights and was so thankful :) I'll be making one of these books again for sure!

I have yet to see the book in person but my dad said he absolutely loved it! Such a beautiful and meaningful concept! The reason I cannot give 5 stars is because I had such a difficult time with the mechanics of the website. Every step I took, I ran into a technical problem, as did many of my family members trying to submit their responses. Nothing was easy about it which was very frustrating. On the flip side, they provide prompt technical assistance! Brittney was responsive and very empathetic which I greatly appreciated! Honestly, Kithandkin is ultimately a great idea and great product. They just need to get rid of all the kinks.

This book was so easy to coordinate among friends and family who live in all different areas. We got it put together in a matter of days! When my friend opened up her Kith and Kin book, she had immediate tears of joy! It shipped a little later than hoped for or expected, but came right in the nick of time. I wish there were was to customize the colors and designs on the book as reds/browns aren't her favorite colors BUT it was awesome nonetheless!!

Beautiful book and very easy to order

The concept is great, exactly what I was looking for. I like the simplicity so I don’t have to make too many design/formatting decisions etc. However a lot of the contributors to my book ran into bugs that made it very frustrating for them to make their contribution. I had to help several people by going into their contribution and attaching photos they emailed me because they couldn’t get them to attach. Photos would disappear when I tagged another. I eventually got it after trying many times, and switching between several browsers. Also, some contributors got confused re-accessing their drafts, I think you should make it clearer how to log in to your draft, users don’t realize they don’t have to log in to the account area (where you log in to a book you are managing).
That said, when we finally got the book, it came out beautifully.
