i had a major issue installing office on my laptop , had extensive remote assistance from Fabien who resolved the problem and assisted me to clean up the laptop - absolutely first class customer service I cannot state highly enough the professionalism .!

Home user of a new laptop. Down loaded from ZAK, OFFICE PROFFESIONAL PLUS back in February. For some time it worked and suddenly lost it acivation key.
One phone call to thier office and Fab----, was very understanding and helped to solve the problem which turned out to be the onboard Microsoft 365. All sorted and he stayed beyond office hours to complete the task. Its a 10 from me..

I bought a Microsoft program and could not activate it, so I emailed and called the ZAK Learning number for advice. Fabian replied with guidance and also answered my call, helping me step-by-step to activate it. Thank you, Fabian!

today I had problems logging into my account to generate the Microsoft updates Fabian at Zak Learning was brilliant he was helpful, informative and managed to somehow figure out the id created an outlook e mail which we managed to work out . the uploads were successful and he waiting and checked that I could use all the software thank you to the time he took and how much effort it took to navative the process for me as I'm very dyslexic fabulous service highly recommend

I purchased through Wowcher the Microsoft 2019 Home and student. I was having trouble loading the software myself so i called the ZAK learning number for some advise. Fabian answered and knew how to help me straightaway. He sorted the download on the PC and had his team members call the Microsoft help desk to verify to code to assist me further. The computer thanks to Fabian is all up and running and we couldn't have done it without him!! Zak learning are lucky to have someone so knowledgeable helping their customers. Thanks Fabian!!

I stupidly purchased office for Windows instead of office for Mac. I contacted Zak learning to ask for a refund so I could purchase the correct version. I received a reply within minutes and my request was actioned by Fabian. I was also provided with all the help and assistance in the email to download and install the correct version. Really outstanding customer service.

I recently purchased a Microsoft product from Zak-Learning and, due to a Microsoft issue, I couldn't download the software. The Microsoft customer service was useless, offering no help what so ever to help fix the problem. However the Zak-Learning customer service was the best ever. Fabian Rickettes is the most supportive,friendly, knowledgeable and totally professional person I have spoken to in a very long time. I phoned him when I had just about given up the will to live after repeatedly failing to set up something on my computer. Despite my not being able to help him by giving him the information he needed, he did not give up on me or let me give up . He used his vast knowledge and experience to find ways around my enormous ignorance and got me sorted out. He went above and beyond in terms of his time, effort and patience to get me where I needed to be. He explained everything he did, even though he knew I probably did not understand . Had Microsoft Office home and student off them had trouble with activation emailed them last night they emailed me back this morning with the solution turns out it was my fault 🙄 problem solved activation complete Happy bunny

Due to a glitch with my Microsoft account, I had issues installing MS Office on my laptop, I called Zak Learning and Kelly answered in 2 rings and was really helpful. Unfortunately the standard trouble shooting did not resolve my issue, so Kelly arranged a call back from Fabian the Mac expert. My issue was passed on clearly by Kelly, so Fabian called with proposed solutions (such a lovely change from the normal "I'll put you through" which normally mean you have to repeat yourself). Fabian was excellent, giving me clear instructions on how to potentially solve the issue and despite not being easy (I repeat Microsoft problem absolutely no-fault of Zak) he was patient and friendly throughout. My issue as now been resolved and I'd not hesitate to recommend or use Zak Learning again... bravo.. top service!

Zak learning were excellent in assisting me with an 'after sales' technical problem relating to the installation of an item of software purchased from the company. Fabian and Luke could not have been more helpful. Big thanks guys

I am not a technical person but I was able to install the windows quite easily. I had to reach out to their customer support who was quick to help ; they had the correct answer and from then really easy to complete my installation.

I first contacted Zak Learning to check whether I was still able to access the product I bought as I thought I may have missed the deadline.

Whilst confirming that I had not missed the deadline, Fabian (a prince amongst men) informed me of an easier way to install the purchased product.

I did have to call Fabian again because I walked (I only run when being chased or if there is a shoe sale) into problems.

Fabian stayed on the call with me and walked me through each process step by step, waited until everything was sorted out and I was happy, before ending the call.

Would I use Zak Learning again? Does a bear use the woods as a toilet? Does night follow day? Of course I will use them again - the level of service you receive is off the chain and Fabian is a seriously cool dude who knows his stuff!

Whatever he is being paid, it should be doubled!!!!!
