False advertising, and refunds are only store credits!

I purchased a Lu Glass Saber Tooth Pivot mouthpiece from them in the colorway Tangie x Red Pomp on March 15th, 2026. Shipping was speedy, and everything was packaged well, but unfortunately that's where the good experiences end. The mouthpiece I received looks nothing like the photos; the teeth are all supposed to be solid red (Red Pomp), yet one of the teeth on mine is completely colorless, and a few of the others barely have whispers of color to them. What's worse, the skull is supposed to be (according to the photos) a very rich, ambery orange (Tangie), yet mine barely has color at all, and is more of a pale apricot where there is color. I contacted the shop and let them know I wanted to return the item. They requested photos to confirm I received the correct piece, and I happily obliged. They let me know that I had received the correct item, but they would definitely take it back as long as it was unused (it is), but here's the kicker, they'll only give me store credit. I don't want store credit, I either want the item displayed in the picture that's beautifully saturated with color or I want my money back. Since I know they won't give me either of those things, I'm leaving a review here to warn others that their photos are not a good representation of what you will receive, either because they alter the images or they only take a photo of the best of what they have in stock instead of each piece individually (what I bought is heady glass, which is normally photographed individually to represent the exact piece you will receive).

Just don’t with these guys.

Ordered what was pictured as a fluorescent green proxy bubbler. It came in Christmas tree green. I have left a review on the item to help other customers three different times and they won’t approve it to be seen. So I’ll just let everyone know here.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. They will send you a non-working item and then refuse to return or exchange. I don’t recommend anyone do business with this terrible company.

Do not recommend

I had a very disappointing experience with ZEE Vapor. My order took much longer to arrive than the company stated, and when I reached out, I was first told it was a USPS issue—even though they had already admitted the day before that they missed the shipping truck.

When the package finally arrived (nearly two weeks after I ordered on August 7th), the atomizer was broken right out of the box. I never even used it. Instead of taking responsibility or offering a replacement, they told me to contact the manufacturer directly.

Their customer service was unhelpful and dismissive, and they made no effort to resolve the issue. It’s frustrating to spend money with a company that doesn’t guarantee your items will arrive safely—or stand behind their products when something goes wrong. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend ordering from ZEE Vapor.

We will be repeat customers for sure!

Good prices and excellent customer service! I made a mistake that cost me an extra $23 and they fixed it for me. Definitely did not have to do that. Also, I ordered on a holiday and my order was shipped the very next day. Not just a label printed, but actually given to USPS. We will be repeat customers for sure!

Sent a broken atomizer and would not replace it. Never used... Told me to contact the manufacturer... This company is shady. Crap customer service too....
They DO NOT guarantee your stuff will get to you in one piece.... and when it doesnt, they do nothing about it...

Took to long to ship

Company took more then the time they say to send out my item. Then tried to gas light me as if it usps when I called then not knowing the day prior I emailed and they told me they missed the truck the prior day .
I ordered on August 7(5am) and didn’t get my package til August 19th

Carl make me want to spend money here

Carl is the most professional employee I've ever put through the ringer. I was flustered and impatient but Carl never let that stop him from providing fast solutions with simple explanations. I'd promote that guy or at least give him a raise if I was his manager. Can't wait to shop here more often solely on the fact that Carl's excellent customer service makes me want to support any company he works for.

Zee's is the standard for great customer service.

Placed an order on 420 after seeing amazing deals posted of that day. Have ordered from Zees in the past with shipping only taking 3 days. After two weeks I reached out and Danny helped me out. Not only did he upgrade my shipping but sent a awesome free puffco glass top for my issue. Zee's always has the best prices and amazing customer service. Look forward to my next purchase from Zeevapor.com

Amazing Experience 10/10

you really aren't going to find better deals anywhere else. zeevapor is my go to for all my stuff. They not only helped me build my entire set up, but they helped three of my friends also. Fast shipping & reliable service. They also have a customer service line with actual, real people. I love this company. Danny is the goat!

Rocky Start but Outstanding Resolution - Zee Vapes Came Through

I spent time researching vendors before purchasing from Zee Vapes on April 22nd, specifically choosing them over Focus V directly because of their multiple shipping options. I expected prompt delivery based on the priority shipping I selected.

Initially, I was quite disappointed. While my order was marked "shipped" immediately, the tracking stayed at "Shipment Received, Package Acceptance Pending" for days with no movement. As someone familiar with shipping processes, this indicated the package hadn't actually been transferred to USPS yet. After several days of waiting and no response to my first couple of emails, I ordered directly from Focus V out of frustration.

However, I want to give credit where it's due. Today (April 30th), Zee Vapes reached out with a sincere apology and excellent explanation about their seasonal shipping delays. They not only offered a full refund but also told me to keep the product when it arrives on Friday! This level of customer service recovery is truly commendable.

While I've already received my Focus V order today, I genuinely appreciate Zee Vapes stepping up to make things right. Their handling of the situation after the initial hiccup shows they truly care about customer satisfaction.

The only suggestion I have is to communicate potential shipping delays during checkout - had I known about seasonal backups, I would have adjusted my expectations accordingly. Despite the rocky start, I'm impressed with how they resolved the situation and would consider ordering from them again.

Sold me a pipe with a bowlhead that was fused too the bottom rendering it non functional. Contacted customer service they had me send a picture, then a video, told me their “head of customer service would reach out, they do not, after 3 days i reach out, no response, i waited 4 more days and kept getting a run around, so i disputed the charge, suddenly they want to make things right, clearly they had no intention of doing anything, and now would like to cry about it when they get they’re just desserts. Buyer beware

We were willing to send out a replacement for you, but you mentioned you disputed with your bank. Unfortunately, we can't QC every single item. Especially things that are factory sealed from another vendor (Sessions) that has manufactured the product. Sorry for any/all inconveniences!

Edited version: Unfortunately, we can't send our replacements right way. It takes a few days for our CS agents to get back to customers due to the sheer volume of requests we get regarding different categories of support. It was very nice of you to also dispute the entire transaction, including the $100 RBR that worked perfectly fine over a $29.99 item.

Our process is pretty simple. You place an order; we get your order and then ship it out. Sometimes the order shows as pending, especially if you're international. This can get very confusing, but the actual order doesn't go through, even though the money gets taken out of the account. It automatically returns in 7-10 business days.
