This was my first time purchasing from this site. The site was highly recommended by other handbag lovers. I have to say that the level of service was great! They were super quick to respond to my questions throughout the process and kept me informed every step of the way. Quick, clear communication that I appreciated very much. The bag took about 2 weeks to reach me here in the USA and I was not charged any additional customs. The bag was very carefully packaged and I am a happy customer! Excellent Quality and Service
I have bought several pre-loved bags from Zenluxe including, most recently a Fendi. The bags have always been as described, prices are always competitive with other North American resellers even in light of tariffs, authentication is included and delivery even non-expedited via Japan Post has been excellent. My most recent purchase arrived perfectly packaged, 9 days from order and 4 days after being shipped.

My bag is beautiful but the smell is so bad I have to keep it in the garage and can not use it. I have tried everything to get rid of the smell. The description mentioned a smell but I didn't imagine it would be so bad that I couldn't keep the bag in the house and should never have been for sale. It arrived in 2 weeks and I was excited it get it so quickly as I live in Australia. It was beautiful packed.

I cannot recommend Zen Luxe highly enough! I recently purchased my dream bag, a Louis Vuitton Keepall 45, and I am still absolutely thrilled with it. After doing extensive research and comparing prices everywhere, I couldn’t believe I found it at such a fraction of the price compared to other luxury resale sites.
What really set Zen Luxe apart, though, was the customer service. I had a couple of questions before purchasing, and the team responded almost immediately. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and kept me updated every step of the way with tracking details and communication. The entire process was completely seamless and stress-free.

Ich habe eine Tasche bestellt. Sie sah noch viel besser aus als auf dem Bildern und ist ganz toll verpackt angekommen. Ich hab nur vergessen, dass man Zoll zahlen muss. Vielleicht könnte man das noch etwas deutlicher vermerken. Ist aber kein Problem.

Better than expected
I recently discovered them and decided to take the risk, I got a bag I had been wanting a good 10 years; the bag arrived in better than stated condition, in less than a week, well packaged, with updates right up to delivery.
I’ve since made several additional purchase; when viewing items I’ve found myself checking to see who the seller is to point I’ve started to recognize the stores common to my searches.

This is the 3rd time I’ve ordered a designer bag from this company and the best item yet! Pricing was lower than I could buy the same LV bag in North America for, and the condition was nearly pristine, & even better than i was expecting. It was beautifully and carefully packaged. And while this bag seemed to take the longest to get here at just over 3 weeks from purchase date to delivery (under 2 weeks both previous times), it was well worth the wait! I would definitely recommend this company!

I made my first purchase from zenluxe last week and already received my bag. It was a beautiful Louis Vuitton epi speedy 25. It was even better than pictured and the price for the condition was the best I could find online.Customer service was excellent. They kept me informed through each step of the process.
