Very good experience
Very good experience. Easy to use site and lots of designer goods. The bag was in perfect condition and the packaging. was the best I have ever seen. Shipping can always be faster but coming from Japan it arrived quicker than expected within a few days. Will definitely use again.

Great Products take time to deliver to USA
The product condition and images were very accurate and prices were fair. Collection took a reasonable amount of time but delivery seemed very slow and did not provide many updates, especially given how much money was spent on the order.

The 2 Louis Vuitton items arrived well packaged and matched the descriptions. There was a faint odor of what smelled like cigarette smoke.
I sent an email to ZenLuxe after a few days after I placed the order to ask for a status update. ZenLuxe did not response; this was poor customer service.
