We do our utmost to ship as quickly as possible in order to minimize total waiting time for customers. The process is often quick and packages leave Japan in a timely manner. The longer waiting times usually occur in the recipient's local customs or postal system due to inspections or the logistical environment.

I paid double the shipping costs
And on top of that there isn't even a reason for the return
I should've gotten a full refund

We completely understand that it is difficult to wait for the ordered items to arrive and we too feel bad hearing about long arrival times.
From what I can gather through the other channels that you have contacted us at, your parcel was sent from our warehouse on March 25 and arrived at your country's customs on March 28.
Today, April 4, the tracking code says that your parcel is being processed by your local post office and is being scheduled for delivery.
While we cannot say for sure, looking at these dates it does seem likely that the Easter Holiday in your country may have contributed to the longer delivery time.
We do hope that your package will arrive very soon, now that the holiday in your country is over, and that you get to enjoy your items.
If there are any further problems, please do not hesitate to contact us here on any other of our channels.

I Love Zen Plus! I desperately needed a trusted provider, and they had the exact thing I needed, shipped it out asap, and considering how far it was being shipped I got it relatively quick. Definitely will use them from now on.

Great Place to buy Japanese Products
Order was very smooth and package came without any incident. Was able to buy a beautiful modern samue from a small artisan shop in Japan. ZenPlus made it possible to do this. Very happy with my experience and plan to buy more from the site.
The only thing I would caution is that even though ZenPlus is for buying Japanese products, some of the things sold on the site are not made in Japan. I only know because certain products noted the country of origin and it was not Japan.

Easy and quick delivery, highly recommended. I would not say cheap, as we also have to pay the VAT, but at least does not stuck at customs. Also you don't have any other trustworthy alternatives :)

From Japan to Italy with a lot of care and love
I loved the professional approach to such a far destination...from Japan to Italy, I've never had such a fast and smooth delivery (usually there are always problem with custom or delays...). And the product is AMAZING! I will order again for sure! Arigatò!

The item I bought was beautiful, I was hoping for a blue box but it was packed very well. Came at the time they said. Coming from Japan does take about four weeks.
