Policy is Missing Coverage That I Paid For

When I purchased my E&O insurance, I added Cyber Protection to the policy. The quote (and the price) reflected this request. I paid for the policy in full but, when the policy document was sent to me, the Cyber protection was not included. I brought this to their attention a week ago and still no resolution. I finally received an email from them this morning in which they stated that I never purchased the Cyber protection. I responded to them with the quote they gave me and the receipt of payment - I have not heard from them since.

As well, when they sent me my policy documents after purchase, they did not provide me with a Certificate of Insurance.

Very disappointing.
