Ordered my size - style didn’t fit at all, so returned it unworn and had half of rental cost (approx £13) deducted for postage / handling. Not sure why this is any different from any other online order, in terms of consumer rights

Not very good
Dress arrived early which was wonderful
However I had previously tried the dress on in store so knew what to expect and what size to hire
The dress was not the same
It seemed to have shrunk in the wash and also the zip was in a completely different place.
Luckily had time to go out and buy another one
Customer services were very helpful but a shame it was wrong in the first instance.

Such a brilliant service!! This is my second time using Zoa and both times were flawless! Dresses arrived early, brand new tags still on, and so easy to return! Highly recommend!

Dress arrived with a broken zip, mark on the back, and stitching on the straps showing it had been altered. They couldn’t replace the dress in time so I was left without

Stress free wedding outfit! And a fraction of the price which I loved. I’m going to so many weddings at the moment I just didn’t want to buy yet another dress but then also overlap in guests meant I didn’t want to wear the same dresses over and over again. I was always a bit worried about hiring - what if I end up without a dress - but it came on the day that I ordered it for, the dress was lovely, I had a great night wearing it and returns were hassle free. My new go to for weddings !

It was delivered promptly and was in brilliant condition. Unfortunately, I couldn’t use the dress for the occasion I rented it for because it was too big.

Great service. Used it a few times. Allows me to dress really nicely for one off events without having to spend a fortune and take up space in my wardrobe.

Delivery and returns process was very good unfortunately the dress was so crumpled I didn't want to ruin it by trying to get creases out, I did not wear the rental and had to find an alternative

Fantastic experience renting my first Finisterre wetsuit. I tried last summer but was too slow on to nab the stock. I had a panic about 12 degree water temp & I'm so pleased I got a last minute 4mm suit. A brand new suit arrived in 2 days - ready for half term - and couldn't be easier to return. It was fantastic taking on the Atlantic in a 4mm knowing the seals & puffins wouldn't be harmed by any persistent chemicals. Super impressed by the service when our car broke down & I was late returning it. Thank you all!

My rental arrived in excellent time, well before my actual rental date and in perfect condition. The return process was super easy and best of all I got to feel like I was wearing a new gorgeous dress without the price tag! I have five weddings this year so rental needed to be an option for sure. I did have to purchase : try from the brand beforehand to check the size. Can highly recommend Zoa rental, efficient and convenient for the modern woman!

The dress was delivered a day before the rental day which was amazing. Love that you don’t need to pay for postage back it’s included in the price. Will definitely be renting again from here 10/10.

Wearing such a statement piece I knew I’d only wear once, the rental service is perfect for occasions like this. Received with ease & returning was also easy, highly recommend.
