10/10! Will be using again
I was sent a beautiful dress that was in perfect condition, my dress arrived a few days before so I got it before expected which was great. The rental company is extremely easy to use including the instructions being very easy and simple to understand. Communication alongside the company was great. Have used this service twice now and will be definitely using it again.

The dress looked good but the hook and eye was missing it was shedding lots of sparkles and beads. and felt well worn.

As a circular fashion platform, our items are not always brand new and are worn and loved multiple times as part of our mission to help reduce waste and prevent clothing from going to landfill. That said, missing fastenings and excessive shedding are certainly not up to standard, and we completely understand how disappointing this must have been.

Shocking Customer Service
Advised day before delivery, original dress was unavailable, then sent an incorrect delivery date and added an unexpected charge without explanation. I accepted the replacement only on the understanding that delivery would be today. The parcel has not arrived within the delivery window, and tracking shows it is still in Glasgow.
Advised delivery not happened due to Royal Mail delays.. Ordered from another company last night, Royal Mail delivered this morning. Ordered from this company 2 months ago and they can't provide the dress or any dress. But I am still expected to pay for it and send it back when it eventually arrives, despite the fact I will not be able to wear the dress. Dress arrived today, a day later than advised,no emails from customer services to check happy with dress or that it arrived. Absolutely shocking customer services.
Experience has been email communication with Charlotte.

We’re truly sorry for the frustration and disappointment caused by the delivery issues, last-minute changes, and the lack of clear communication - we do understand how stressful this would have been, especially when you needed the dress for a specific occasion.
We’d like to clarify that this review was submitted before the matter was fully resolved. Since then, we have been in touch and full compensation has now been provided to reflect the inconvenience caused.
While Royal Mail delays were a contributing factor, we sincerely apologise that this fell short of the standard we aim to provide.

AVOID using this company - unreliable
I placed an order 10 days prior to my start date. However, when it came to my start date the dress did not arrive - and when I contacted customer services at first they dismissed me stating that 'it would arrive on or before the beginning of my rental period'. I was only given a proper response to my concern when I mentioned that I wanted some form of compensation back as the dress hadn't arrived on time. However they wrote back to me saying they had cancelled my order and offered a refund. This to me is not good enough, as I now have nothing to wear for the event I have and did not ask for the order to be cancelled. I wouldn't risk using this company if you have an event - customer service is bad and you may end up with nothing to wear!!

Great service!
The dress arrived a few days earlier which was great in case I needed another size. It was in great condition and it was perfect for the event. Very easy to return, will definitely look to use in the future for such off usages!!

Great way to try.
This is a very well organised way to try a wet suit. The design did not suit me and O really struggled to get out of it so it's good there was a way to try before buying.
Returning it is very simple.

Never rented a dress before or worn from the brand. Was for my wedding and the service was first class. Dress arrived on time, well packaged. Perfect fit and was beautiful. Ribbon idea very good as it would be useful if it didn’t fit. Easy returns process and kept up to date.
