The swimsuits fit great and they are flattering. Took advice trom other reviewers to size up . They are comfortable without being tight . Quality I think is great and feel like they dry quickly.

I bought a couple of swimsuits. I tried them on as soon as they were delivered and I posted the return ones back the next day. It’s now over a month later and, despite chasing up Zoggs about this, I still haven’t received a refund.
I first contacted them almost 3 weeks after they received my returns only for them to reply that they hadn’t processed the parcel yet. Seriously?!!! I am now out of pocket over £200 for items I’ve returned and haven’t received a refund for. It’s the most appalling customer service and ridiculous returns process I’ve ever known.
I will be taking Zoggs to small claims court to get my money back. Suffice to say I will also never be ordering from them again. I am astonished that a well-known brand like this runs such a shoddy website. Avoid at all costs.

I bought a zoggs ecolast swimming costume approximately 3 months ago and wear it once a week to my swimming pool. After such a short time the material has already worn away at the back. It is advertised as chlorine resistant. I do know that nothing last for ever but this hasnt held up after a few swims. My cheap costumes are still much better than zoggs. Will not be buying again.

I ordered some goggles in different junior sizes for my children on 17th April (#000106116). When they arrived I realised I had ordered the wrong type of googles, so I returned them almost immediately. I have proof of posting them back and proof that they were returned to Zoggs on 24th April. However it has now been two months since I returned them and still no refund. I waited well over the 30 day period before initially chasing up on 7th June but didn’t hear back. I’ve chased up again today for an update. Fingers crossed someone will get back to me soon. It’s just very poor customer service. Zoggs sell great products but the returns process isn't so great compared to other retailers.
Update: Zoggs called me with an apology and explanation for the delay in refunding me. It’s all sorted and all good! Thanks to Catrin for the call and update.

On May 18th I made an order for a wetsuit on zoggs.com. I never received a confirmation email or anything to know if the order ist getting proceeded. I contacted serveral instances of “customer support” but no reply. I am very much disappointed. I wish I’d have read the reviews earlier and if I don’t hear anything from them this week I will withdraw my money and never order from their site again. This wetsuit is really expensive and for that prize I expect performance and professionalism.

I ordered direct from Zoggs. I tried the swimsuit on, and it was a bad fit, i promptly returned it and followed there procedure the same day, and still nearly a month on i have had no refund!!! i emailed them, they said they have not logged it as returned, i emailed them proof of the return, and still no refund??

Forgot my trunks and got stung for a pair of zoogs men's swim shorts at a leisure centre recently. £32! The first time I put them on and pulled the cord to tighten them they ripped. Garbage quality at rip off prices. Retailers need to stop selling this rubbish.

Placed an order on 4th of April until now still waiting for it, tried to track it on Evri and said they are still waiting to receive it. I emailed in the 7th asking for update but no response. I don't know if this is a scam shop which only take payment but no item.
I purchased a eco swim suit ,worn only 3 times for a lane swim intotal 150 minutes, the material started to disintegrate ,and there was looked like patchy faded areas ,j reported this only to be told it was my fault for wearing it,don't sit down which I hadn't, my statutory rights were not adhered to ,the item was obv faulty when I had it , poor quality *,update eventually the issue has been sorted and honoured my life time guarantee on costume

Ordered a ecolast swimsuit in September 2023 from the Zoggs store on Amazon; the swimsuit has already been eaten away by the chlorine despite washing as they recommend. Very disappointed. Currently trying to claim under their ecolast guarantee.

Ordered some goggles from Zoggs within minutes of my colleague, who lives 200 metres from me. She received hers promptly 48 hours ago. The Evri website continues to say that they are expecting them, Zoggs say they have dispatched them. Zoggs customer service have been most helpful this afternoon, sorting out the problem, which appears to be with Evri and are arranging a next day delivery with DPD tomorrow. Hopefully they will arrive. Thank you Charlotte at Zoggs customer service.

Order was delivered the next day! Goggles and swimming cap for my seven year old daughter - she loves them, fit perfectly.
Bought a swim life vest it’s given my daughter terrible rashes/cuts under her arms were only in the pool an hour. It’s been 3 days now and it’s still sore. Strongly do not recommend.

I have used different types of kids swimming items. They are safe and durable.
I just don’t understand why Zoggs still making it pink or blue??
What about the unisex vests or jackets?
Really disappointed. Bought my partner a pair of shorts for Christmas, LITERALLY the first time he wore them the fabric split. Zoggs declared it to be not their fault and that was it. Will not be purchasing from them again.
Swimsuit received promptly and is a great fit, lovely pattern and seems to be wearing well. Was small issue with what I received but customer service with a speedy and efficient response turned a problem into a benefit. Very happy with company and product. Will definitely be ordering again.
Contacted this company after receiving order of their swimsuits for my daughter. Kept one but needed to return the rest for refund to Debenhams (they are one of their concessions companies I believe) I tried to return the items through Debenhams portal which is usually straight forward. However I was unable to do this as apparently sent by Zoggs. I then contacted Zoggs who abruptly responded by email stating nothing to do with them my dispute with Debenhams…. What the heck is going on Zoggs? Clearly they are your goods and you have a recorde of orders with Debenhams and YOU could help. Long Tall Sally have managed to liaise and Slazenger are leasing to assist. Clearly if you don’t want to deal with customers connected with Debenhams then don’t trade through them. I now have several of you swimsuits I want to return. Debenhams not responding,NO store to return them to and a big cost on my credit card. Surely you have a Customer service that can help get your goods back to you if I provide you with a Debenhams order and my details? Why won’t you help? Very poor!

Really pleased with their product line. I ordered swim fins and they are the perfect fit and just what i was looking for. Fast delivery too.
We are on our second set of swimmers and they are absolutely fantastic.
We bought our first swimsuit, Aqualast, over 18 months ago, after being sick and tired of cheap, quickly fading, and stretching swimmers from cheaper retail shops. We would easily go through 3 sets in a summer. So financially it ABSOLUTELY makes sense to pay a bit more for quality, Australian made, and end up with way less landfill.
The colours are still vibrant and it held shape, but she outgrew it.
We will be able to hand it down, because it still looks great, even after plenty of swim lessons etc.
Today our Ecolast swimmers arrived and the design is gorgeous (Yaroomba). The swimsuit again fits perfectly and still leaves enough room to grow with my daughter for a while.
The online process was straightforward, the size guide was fantastic and helped a lot. My recommendation is to use it regardless to prevent disappointment.

Over the years we went through plenty of goggles and Zoogs' goggles were always a favourite. This time both kids got Phantom 2.0s and they are watertight, comfortable, and a breeze to adjust.

I recently snapped a strap for my Zoggs swimming goggles, bought after the UK lockdowns in 2021. While I was surprised that this occurred after less than two years from purchase (well, I do swim 2-3 times per week), when I wrote to Zoggs simply asking for how I could purchase a replacement, they very kindly offered to simply send me one free of charge which is now received & fitted. I thank Sharon Hoffman & the team for building goodwill and helping me out in gratis.
I am most grateful to Sharon Hoffman at Zoggs who speedily sent a replacement for my swimming costume which EVRI failed to deliver and which could not be tracked on their site. It took me a while to contact a person at Zoggs, but when I did, Sharon dealt with the case quickly and efficiently. Thank you.
