The swimsuits fit great and they are flattering. Took advice trom other reviewers to size up . They are comfortable without being tight . Quality I think is great and feel like they dry quickly.

Seriously good customer service when I want happy with the quality of a couple of costumes. Jade showed genuine concern a customer wasn't happy, and about the feedback on the swimsuits, asking for photos and giving care advice for the future.
They replaced both costumes by letting me choose new ones, and Jade's emails were friendly happy and efficent. If only all customer services were like Zoggs'!

I ordered a swimsuit two weeks ago and it still hasn't arrived. It was meant to be with me in 2-3days.
I've emailed them twice and they haven't replied, so I've no idea where my goods are.
They've taken my money, so I'd like them to contact me to let me know when my order will arrive. At the moment, I've no trust in this company.

Wish I had checked reviews before ordering. What has happened to this company. Ordered two swimsuits a week ago - they took the money and today got an e mail saying that they are no longer available “at picking” what a waste of time. Yet Zoggs are still sending e mails daily telling me about the sale ! Maybe I’m the lucky customer looking at all the other reviews with people awaiting refunds. Hopefully mine will arrive . This used to be a decent company. Obviously no longer .

Returned an item as it went see through and faded after 4 months. although bought through amazon sent receipt. disgusted company could not even be bothered to reply.

Returnd two items on the 21-02-2022 which was deliverd to zoggs on the 23-02-2022 proof of receipt
tracking No. No notification of receipt No money refunded The 30 day policy is well expired e mail has been sent .Awaiting answer if any after reading previous reviews. i will amend this if i get a positive answer. I do not consider this good service .less than 24. Hours after sending e mail got a reply from Zoggs, result very acceptable and customer services thank you.

I returned a Swimsuit on 7/1/22 a month later I have not received a refund or any communication from Zoggs. I have sent 3 emails to Customer Services but they just sent a holding email saying someone will get back to me, but nothing happens. Very unsatisfactory, and their returns policy says within 30 days for refunds. Would not buy from Zoggs direct again.

Swimsuits are very small on sizing therefore had to return swimsuits - this was in November, now the middle of January and still not received the money in my account. Managed to get a reply from customer services promising the money would be in my account within 7 days but a month later I am still waiting. Have tried emailing again but no response. Do not purchase from this company

I bought Zoggs Predator Flex Goggles at the price of 30 pounds from Zoggs' website. I used the facial measuring tool they have and on that basis chose a size. I fitted the goggles on my face adjusting the size and they fit. I unfortunately then disposed of the packaging! A few weeks later, i.e. 2 days ago, I used them for the first time for swimming. I constantly had to move them because of how much they hurt - and stopped using them after 30 mins. I had marks on my face around my eyes for the following 6 hours. One phone call and 3 emails later (with an excel sheet to fill included!), I am told that because I don't have the packaging I can only hope for a voucher - with advice on another pair of goggles - which I did not wish to buy, but since there is nothing in the website I like instead, this is all I can do! Thankfully I am told that if I keep the packaging this time, I can be reimbursed if I do not like these goggles.

Wish I had read these negative reviews before ordering. Avoid this company like the plague! Goods advertised as reduced on website were full price when in basket and at payment. Contacted customer service but useless and refused to honour web price. Have reported them.

Returned 2 swimsuits on 11th November and am still waiting for a refund. They eventually acknowledged that they had received my returned items and assured me that they had refunded me on 6/12/21. To date no monies have been credited to my account. I have absolutely no faith in this company. If I could award them 0 stars I would!!!

Have purchased a few times before and no problems as swimsuits fitted, now I have had to return both items purchased even though same size but now different material. Great to be recycled plastic but they don't stretch as much and so too small, Having read reviews am now concerned about the company and their refund reviews.
If refund not forthcoming after a month will pursue it further

On the 6th November I ordered a swimsuit . I contacted customer services because I didn’t receive confirmation of my order although the money had been taken from my account.Their reply was they were having problems with IT department. Received an email to say it was now sorted. My order would be delivered last Thursday. It’s Monday and I haven’t received the order or the 10% they said would be put on my card. It’s the 21st of November now and nothing has been sorted. What a rubbish company. Well today swimsuit received 22nd November so had to add this on to the review.

Not happy with the service from Zoggs. I returned 2 ladies costumes on 2/8/21 and know from the post office tracking system they received the return 2 days later. When I emailed on 19/8/21 they said delay due to Covid. Seven weeks later still no refund. Very disappointed as I really like Zoggs costumes and have been buying them for years.

Still waiting on my refund over a month ago that was sent back! Apparently they LOST my return which has NEVER happened before! Still waiting on my refund. Not acceptable after I found them on Instagram as well.

I'm presuming the constant under sizing is due to buying stuff from China? My daughter is 9 and an average size. I bought a costume for a ten year old and it nearly bent her in half .
I recently wrote on this site about my negative experience with this company because I had been unable to get a refund or a response. I tracked down a different email address last week [this website does not allow me to include the address here] and finally got a response and a promise of a refund. Today I got that refund - for a swimming costume that I returned in July. I had a personal email, apologising for the problem and asking me for details of my communication difficulty so they could get to the bottom of it. It seems that the email address on the website is/was not working. My estimation of the company has gone up - I now feel there is good will - but the company does seem to have some issues that need resolving (Why was there an incorrect email address on the website? Why didn’t I get a refund back in July?). I have been very impressed with Zoggs swimming costumes and am now willing to place another order.
I ordered 2 swimsuits 10 days ago and no sign of them.
E mails are not answered.
Zoggs is supposed to be a good company but Do NOT use them, reputable companies take the money on the day they are sent, but not this company.
I really wished I had read this website before placing an order with Zoggs. Sent a swimming costume back as it was too small for my daughter. That was at the beginning of July 2020. Still no refund despite numerous e mails and writing to head office. Am now beginning legal action as I am fed up with their abysmal customer service. Avoid ordering directly from them.
Nearing the end of my 30 days return period .Firstly I managed to order and pay for items they didnt actually have , which was quickly resolved with an email from them offering freepost for my next order .Which was annoying but ok .When I asked to use the freepost to return some of the items I didnt want the lady said the website was being reconfigured it would take a couple of days . Secondly ,its been weeks and I've had no response to emails from the lady I was originally in contact with or the customer service email on the website . I am documenting everything before I send the parcel back recorded at my expense . I had trouble returning with this company before when they sent me the wrong size, but that was years ago .
I ordered two water wings vest late on Friday and on checking out was only given the option for next day delivery despite the small print saying this applied for orders placed before 3pm Mon-Fri. As I needed the items for an imminent holiday and knowing I was away with work the following week, I pushed ahead with my order fully expecting the items to arrive Tuesday. Unfortunately they did not, and when they did arrive on the Wednesday I was away and therefore could not open the parcel until the Friday. I then discovered the two vests where the wrong size. I emailed Zoggs asking if the correct size could be shipped to my holiday address to which the kindly agreed however they then took 4 days to send them out, this meaning our planned trip to a water park on my sisters only day off, had to be cancelled and the vests have yet to be used.
I do 99% of my shopping online and have not experienced such a poor service in a very long time.
