Arrived quickly. Swimming costume fits well & is comfy to wear. Beautiful colour & design which hasn't been affected by chlorine or washing so far.

The swimsuits fit great and they are flattering. Took advice trom other reviewers to size up . They are comfortable without being tight . Quality I think is great and feel like they dry quickly.

I really wished I had read this website…

I really wished I had read this website before placing an order with Zoggs. Sent a swimming costume back as it was too small for my daughter. That was at the beginning of July 2020. Still no refund despite numerous e mails and writing to head office. Am now beginning legal action as I am fed up with their abysmal customer service. Avoid ordering directly from them.

Nearing the end of my 30 days return…

Nearing the end of my 30 days return period .Firstly I managed to order and pay for items they didnt actually have , which was quickly resolved with an email from them offering freepost for my next order .Which was annoying but ok .When I asked to use the freepost to return some of the items I didnt want the lady said the website was being reconfigured it would take a couple of days . Secondly ,its been weeks and I've had no response to emails from the lady I was originally in contact with or the customer service email on the website . I am documenting everything before I send the parcel back recorded at my expense . I had trouble returning with this company before when they sent me the wrong size, but that was years ago .

Slow shipping then wrong size item sent

I ordered two water wings vest late on Friday and on checking out was only given the option for next day delivery despite the small print saying this applied for orders placed before 3pm Mon-Fri. As I needed the items for an imminent holiday and knowing I was away with work the following week, I pushed ahead with my order fully expecting the items to arrive Tuesday. Unfortunately they did not, and when they did arrive on the Wednesday I was away and therefore could not open the parcel until the Friday. I then discovered the two vests where the wrong size. I emailed Zoggs asking if the correct size could be shipped to my holiday address to which the kindly agreed however they then took 4 days to send them out, this meaning our planned trip to a water park on my sisters only day off, had to be cancelled and the vests have yet to be used.
I do 99% of my shopping online and have not experienced such a poor service in a very long time.

I have ordered 2 pairs of swimming…

I have ordered 2 pairs of swimming goggles. Only 1 arrived but I still had to pay the full shipping cost. This effectively meant that the price per item has gone up by 10%. Their customer service is not helpful at all.

I would not even place this at 1 star. Words cannot explain how angry I am
Money was taken from my account the minute I placed the order 28th March. Email suggested 2-3working days. No parcel recieved. After the 4th working day, I decided to email. Didn’t recieve information. I did a bit of research and found that a lot of people have placed orders and not recieved their order, or money after a return.
Rang up 1 week after I placed my order (6 working days after) on 4th April and the lady said they hadn’t recieved my order, and it must of got lost in the warehouse. I asked for a refund as the products I had bought were unneccessary now and I had bought some more swimwear elsewhere, and she said that was fine. I regularly checked my bank to see if the money had been placed back. It had not..
I recieved another email 6days after, saying DPD are delivering it today (9th April) by Express Delivery.
The return policy says 30 days before a refund, which means I will not recieve my money for another month+ even though I told the lady on the phone to cancel days before.
The return sticker had been printed out in 2 halves so it couldn’t be scanned. (I just cut around them both and cellotaped it on the box.)
Total disregard for customers, no communication via email. Just crap everything. It’s like everything they do has been thought of to make it difficult/impossible to retrieve contact and/or a refund. Express Delivery?
Not even touched the products so can not comment on this.
I am very upset at this whole situation, and will NEVER shop here again.
I warn others to do the same.

Returned a swimming costume for a…

Returned a swimming costume for a refund. Sent it to the Freeport address. The post office did not want to do the return as not enough info on the label. They did return it in the end but could not have a receipt for the parcel. Emailed Zoggs as I have not received my refund after 2 weeks wait. Not happy at all and customer service no help either. Looks like I will have to put up with no refund.

Best swimsuit ever

Ordered a swimsuit, was so good ordered another four (for presents for swim mates in the sale) Quality awesome, washed and been for a swim 5 times,no fading /stretching. One did not arrive due to stock shortages but overall happy, would buy again. Best swimsuit ever (tried many).

Poor returns process

Goods were okay and delivered on time but their UK returns process is poor. The Freepost label contains so little info
‘Freepost Zoggs Returns Torque’
that my Post Office initially refused to take it. Zoggs clearly know this is an issue, as when I sent them an email about it an pre-prepared instant reply bounced back telling me how to convince the Post Office it was a valid Freepost - including telling me to get them to call their own helpline, and to write the postcode on the label myself.
Why they can’t just print a decent freepost label in the first place I'm not sure. Shoddy.

Placed an order for 2 swimsuits only one arrived.......late!

Placed an order for 2 swimsuits. Advised by DPD that the items would arrive on a particular day, but they didn’t and the DPD sire said they’d not receive them. I emailed Zoggs and got no response. When the parcel arrived 3 days later than expected, only one item was in the parcel. I called customer services who advised there had been warehousing issues and that I was due a refund for the unfulfilled part of the order and it would be issued that day......it wasn’t. This company has very poor customer service, they did not advise the delay in delivery and still took the full payment via PayPal despite knowing they were not going to fulfill the full order.

Not good

Not good. 1st order: Wrong swimsuit delivered. 2nd order: Only half the order delivered, and no refund for out of stock item.

Telephone number disconnect - No refund!

Sent a swimsuit back 5 weeks ago with no refund given. E-mailed customer service with a copy of the order and proof of return but only received an automated e-mail back saying they would be in touch within 3 working days. That was a week ago and I have had no response. Checked credit card - no refund. The telephone number on the website is disconnect and as the number is the same for both customer service and webshop it is impossible to contact this company. Avoid at all costs as you will not be happy trying to contact these people if you run into problems!!!

Money Taken, No Delivery, No Comms

Ordered an item on 30 January, money taken from credit card instantly.

No comms from Zoggs except an auto confirmation of order on that day.

Despite me emailing on 1 March to chase and again on 5 March asking for management intervention there is no response and no product.

Website front page talks of upgrading website ops and that it's not possible to take orders on web or over phone currently. That does not explain outstanding orders for which Zoggs has taken payment yet refused to correspond with customers.

Wholly unacceptable.

Great for kids!

Before our family summer holiday, I treated my children to a few pieces from Zoggs. I have 2 very active children who love nothing better than to be jumping in and out of the pool! I bought a swimming costume each for them and a few swimming aids (swimming arm bands and a floater board) as one of them isn't a confident swimmer.

All I can say is they absolutely loved these pieces! They literally did not want to get out the pool. It's encouraged them to get in the water. I think next time I will treat them to some pool 'games'. The quality of the costumes were great and haven't changed after washing or being in the pool all week. Quality pieces for a great price!

Great delivery from Zoggs and nice products

Needed a pair of goggles for the kids and opted to buy them here as they had the style they both wanted. Not sure what to add other than what a great service they offer with quick delivery of your items. I think they have enough ratings to confirm they are a great company but thought I would add my experience with them too on here.
