We ordered 7 blinds from zone…
We ordered 7 blinds from zone (originally went to the showroom for 1), but were so impressed with the choice and very knowledgeable sales lady, we bought for other rooms as well. James our fitter arrived promptly (after giving me a call half an hour earlier), he was very polite, tidy, and quick fitting all blinds (also took away all rubbish). We would strongly recommend Zone blinds to others.

Excellent service from James and Danny
Would highly recommend this company. My blinds were delivered and fitted by James who was well organised, pleasant and efficient. Measuring had already been done by Danny who was knowledgeable and able explain my options. All staff in this company that I spoke to over phone and in showroom were mannerly and knowledgeable about the business.

James the installation fitter called me…
James the installation fitter called me to say that he'd be at my house with a time and he kept that. Fitted the blinds with no problems and very professional, gave me the information in how to use and how to maintain them. Very helpful and supportive. I would recommend ZONE highly, great service from when they measured to fitting.

Will not use again.
I’ve rated the company at two stars as the quality of my blinds and shutters are great and they look beautiful however the customer service experience was awful. When checking my credit card statement I realised they had over charged me by £500, I called to highlight this and they agreed with me. It was then a 10 day battle to get my money returned to me. I was promised nearly everyday it was being processed however each day it never showed. I was given all sorts of excuses as to what the delay was which I couldn’t understand as to why it was so difficult to make a simple online transfer? I began to believe I was not getting this money back. Eventually 10 days later it was returned. Unfortunately after waiting 4 months for my shutters (which I was told when ordering to expect this timescale) on the day of fitting the joiner called in sick so I had to wait another week. I understand these things happen though. I was warned by a family friend to avoid this company but I didn’t listen. As I said the quality and finish is great however I won’t be using the company for my curtain orders due to my experience and I won’t be recommending to anyone.

From the time the ZONE estimator came around to measure, to fixing an installation date, to actual installation, it has been excellent. James the fitter gave us a time, arrived and installed effortlessly and very professional. Very happy with the finish and quality of the blinds. Highly recommend to anyone using ZONE.

The worst experience with a company i have ever had
It really takes a lot for me to leave a review on a company but this experience was so bad i felt i had to.
We ordered shutters from Zone Blinds in February 2022 for all windows and french doors after we had someone from the company come out and measure. We paid half of the cost upfront (c£2.5k in total).
We were told 12 week lead time.
We never actually got the shutters installed until July so about five months later. We were given false dates throughout this time (expected in on such a date, later changed, changed again . . . ). Note that we paid the remaining balance in advance of them coming out to fit.
However, one of the shutters did not fit as they had incorrectly measured when they first visited. This had to be rectified so again they ordered the shutters from China.
We received the new shutter on 20th October (3 months after). This is the wrong shutter and does not match the others in our house.
We now need to re-order again. We have been told we should not expect to receive the shutter until 2023. All of this means that we ordered in Feb22 and probably wont have fully installed shutters, the type we ordered until a year later.
Needless to say this is an absolute shambles. I honestly have never had such a poor customer experience. It is absolutely unreasonable to expect someone to wait for a year for a service that was quoted as being 12 weeks and having paid the entire balance which was about £2.5k. I forgot to mention that we were given £75 in credit after the first mess up but that is all.
I really hope people read this and decide to look elsewhere.

I am sitting at an airport tonight seeing your comments and I am really embarrassed reading this tonight. If you or any your family have ever had products from us in the past you will know this situation is not a reflection on the service we strive to provide and always try to look after all our customers.
I am sincerely sorry, as soon as the fitter left your home he told me that the replacement shutter arrived with wrong the configuration. Although its no consolation to you or I, but we investigated to see what happened and this was down to human error, when the order went to factory it was input wrongly. We sell hundreds of Shutters and it is very rare this happens, but when an error occurs, its takes the same amount of time to rectify.
I am truly sorry and hope to make this up to you some how. If you like, I will pop out and see you personally so I can apologise.
Could you contact me directly, to see if we can sort this out. Without customers like you, we would not have a business. If we manufactured Shutters we could fix this issue tomorrow but we dont and we are the same as all trades right now buying from China, were shipping and delays are causing havoc, so much so we are in daily contact with all shipping/freight companies.
As I said all that matters is we get you sorted and I know we have let you down, but if you contact me, hopefully we can sort ASAP.

Beautiful blinds from Zone Blinds
Our wooden kitchen blind was fitted by James this afternoon. A lovely friendly guy who took the time to phone us to let us know he was on his way. When he was finished he asked us to let him know if we were happy with the blinds, which of course we were delighted with. We received first class service from Zone Blinds from the very start with the girls in the office right through to the experienced fitter, so much so, my sister is now going to get blinds from Zone too.

First Class Service
Pat and Danny were both so helpful and friendly.
The service provided from picking our fabrics to hanging the curtains was first class.
The girls in the office were very friendly and helpful, too.
I wouldn't hesitate to use ZONE, again.
