Well worth it from start to finish
I was offered a cancellation which I thankfully accepted. The product arrived promptly and both fitters began assembling. Great to have fitters with a sense of humour, overall great from arranging appointments for measuring to completion well done ZONE

Very quick to come out and measure. Kept up to date with process. Put up curtains efficiently on the day. Delighted with the result. They are gorgeous.

Start to finish was excellent!!
I received a call shortly after submitting our online request for an appointment.
Danny came to measure at the scheduled time, great guy and really nice. Placed the order there and then, and was told I'd be contacted to arrange fitting.
I was then contacted to say the blinds were ready and was given a fitting date the next day (amazing!!!).
James came to fit the blinds (again, great guy and really friendly). We had a wee joke as the joiner came round to measure a door at the same time and his name was Jim!!
Absolutely outstanding service from Zone Blinds and so happy with our blinds! Would highly recommend and if we ever need to, will definitely use again!!

Great service from selection to fitting. The whole team were fantastic and Pat was our fitter, it took less than an hour to complete.

1000% could not thank both Ronnie (for measuring) and Pat (for fitting) our brand new Roman blinds which we ordered for our conservatory. The speed of the service, the quality of customer service we receive and the level of professionalism used by both these guys & the people in the showroom is 10/10 ❤️ ! I cannot believe the quality of our blinds, now they’re up they look even better than we imagined! This is the second time we’ve used zone for our home after the high level of service we received last year just before Christmas & we’ll be back again for our door blinds once we’ve got new doors.
Thank you to everyone we’ve dealt with, you have been amazing 🤩 !!!
