Waited 12 weeks for install

Waited 4 weeks for install, when the engineers came they said nope sorry mate we can't do it you need civil work doing so I had to wait 6 more weeks for the he civil work to get complete, 2 weeks later another set of engineers came out and once again I get told nope sorry mate we can't compete the install, the civils team used the existing infrastructure instead of installing new and bodged it all, they didn't get permission from the council to dig up the path and or anything, another week later finally get the fiber installed it last 4 days and cuts off without any reason, I call customer service and get told we will have somebody out within 24 hours, after receiving an email stating an engineer will be attending my property I patiently wait, 3 days later nobody shown up, I receive a message saying my appointment has been cancelled now I have to wait another 6 weeks for anyone to come out and figure out why I have no Internet.

If I could give 0 stars I would, avoid zzoomm at all cost.

Dreadful service.

Our internet with Zzoomm has been poor for a while, frequently dropping out. On Tuesday evening it went down altogether. Many phone calls to the customer service team. Speaking to a different person each time on a very poor line. Never any follow up. “Turn it off and on again” was all they could say. 2days later, still no internet and now they want to send an engineer to replace the router. First available date is a week away. That’s ridiculous. When we first signed up with Zzoom the customer date was treat. Now it is dreadful. We are changing providers.

Excellent customer service

Excellent customer service, renewed because we have experienced any issues.
Mary the customer service person was very professional, she was very positive and provided an excellent deal.
In all it was a a very positive interaction, and confirmed that Befibre provides good product with very good customer service.

Rueben was most helpful

Rueben was most helpful, very polite she told me everything what she was doing & what she was going to do, she was also very patient with me as I was a bit slow due to my arthritis when having to get down to see which lights were on etc, Rueben sorted my problem within minutes I am very happy with the service I received thank you

Solid service and great customer service

Solid, no nonsense service. High speed, synchronous internet access. Contacted ZZOOMM today to re negotiate my monthly payment. I spoke to a lovely lady named Alexandra who renewed my 12 month contract with zzoomm at a very significant saving. She was very polite and efficient and got things sorted quickly. Great service.

We had a niggling fault with my wifi…

We had a niggling fault with my wifi signal which was done and sorted quickly and easily with the help from Dan R. And the engineer that attended was very polite and knowledgeable. Overall a 5 star service and happy customer.

I couldn’t see to get my WiFi to work…

I couldn’t see to get my WiFi to work when coming back from work, phoned the help line where I was on hold for only 10 minutes ish (which I think is extremely fast compared to others)
Ric was extremely helpful, very kind and really easy to speak to

Abysmal company

Two service calls unilaterally cancelled by this company which fails to report outages to Ofcom. A seriously deficient company without professional management or communication skills. Every message tells you that it takes five days to read your complaints. Appalling and Ofcom needs to investigate this company as it has not a clue how to run a broadband service
